Nice hotel with clean rooms

The cebu parklane hotel has clean rooms and a nice staff. The rooms are not that big, but the beds are cozy. The bathroom is a bit small compared to other hotels and the towel rack fell to the floor when I took the towel. It has a great location since it's very near the ayala mall so anything you need you just walk to the mall. The complementary buffet breakfast contained the standard Filipino and American dishes. Finding a taxi is easy with the hotel staff helping out and ensuring your ride to be safe.

The hotel is about 45mins away from the airport -- with traffic, it can be longer. Room is clean but a bit small. Our airconditioning system was leaking and the bath tub was slow to drain water. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok. Location is a good walking distance to the Ayala Mall. It is easy to get a taxi in the hotel. There is already a queue of taxi outside the hotel. We had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

Adequate for 4star hotel. No hot water.
The place was near the Ayala Mall. A small but nice pool located on 4th floor next to the fitness center. Hotel was on a dark but busy road so taxis where easy to be found.

Overall the stay was adequate. The room was spacious and clean. The olny problem with the room was the shower/bathtub. The water was cold. Something was wrong with the construction of the tub as the water from the showerhead was routed from the walls to the side of the bathtub and dripping on the floor. We had to place towels around the bathtub to keep the floor dry. In the lobby area there was also a funny smell, maybe from the sewer. Free wifi was available in the rooms and lobby. Pool was nice, havnt tried the fitness center but seemed equiped.
Nearby there is Ayala Mall and a jeepney station (vans). Crossing the road might be risky though, especially for families. It was also dark sometimes, might be risky to walk alone.
In conclusion I dont think it can be compared with the resorts in Mactan with similar star level. But it is good for business or budget travelers.

We felt that the location of the hotel was good as it was within walking distance to the big shopping mall Ayala, which also had a Jeepney interchange. Hotel staff was very approachable and helpful. However, we were staying on the non-smoking floor, but the smell of smoke was still very heavy. The room was cosy and comfortable. Distance to the airport was not too far.

You can go to the nearby Ayala mall for shopping, manicure, pedicure, massage, etc

I have stayed a couple of times at this hotel and I truly appreciate the cleanliness of the place with their efficient crew. They change bathroom towels everyday and bed linens, too.Luggage assistance is prompt. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a considerable variety of choices.The beds are comfortable and I appreciate too the no-smoking floor. It would be much better if the hotel will adopt the no smoking policy in their hotel.

the hotel is conveniently situated near ayala center cebu.
the pool is big enough to accommodate all the guests.
the breakfast buffet is like a mini-version that of marco polo's. cream dori is a must and should be available everyday!
the restaurant at the pool area is also a must visit during weekends for their 80s band.
