during my last stay in philippines i travelled to and from cebu a few times and kept going back to this hotel. it was very nice.

Check out the massage, very soothing and relaxing!!

Lovely Hotel and very good service!
Fantastic layout of rooms, pools, gardens and restaurants!

We were met by the bell service people and taken very good care of. The receptionist was smiling but still efficient.
The room was nice, clean and tidy.
Food was exellent and service in the restaurant very good.
Interesting entertainment and a very good live band playing and singing afterwards.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel internal resaurants were very good. No need to go outside when you can get food and service like that in-house.
After all these pros there was one con: We came from Cebu City in the evening with a taxi organized and payed for by ourselves. The morning for leaving we asked for a hotel transport to the airport and got the. But we had to pay some PhP 450,-. Sitting at the airport I read in a sales promo doc from the hotel that the room price included free transport one way between the hotel and the airport, or equivalent. We didn't get that!

The staff are exceptionally polite and always there to help (Except the head of the front desk). Hats off to the staff. The building is kinda old but mind you the theme of the hotel is ancient anyways. Food at the restaurant is awesome, specially the canton noodle and the free breakfast buffet was one thing to look forward to. One thing though the front desk was not able to help me with my request though. I overbooked for an extra day and was asking if my sister could stay for the extra day which was already fully paid and my sister was staying at a different resort and was thinking of moving and might consider this resort but they said it is not possible. I know that a lot of people do let other people come to their room and stay and get away with it...I was just being too honest. Thanks Mister front desk for nothing.

wrong name for place without beach!!!

the location of Maribago Bay is very far from Cebu city, but near to the airport (a quarter hour by car).
they are nice at front desk, and the service in general is good. Anything you need, you have only to ask, but you have to sign everytime!The restaurant is a good level, but very expensive; the breakfast is not so rich. the garden is beautiful and good mainteined, but definitely there is no beach! it is impossible to have a bath or swim...and moreover, there are many boats! if you are going to Cebu for a seaside holidays, this is not the right place!

this hotel's best asset is their staff! everyone does a great job making your stay pleasant and comfortable. breakfast is buffet but the waiters are always on hand to ask what you want so they can get it for you on the buffet table ---what service! front desk arranged transpo for us to go to church and also a 1-day tour of the city. all guests should try the spa and massage. it is to die for!

Cebu White Sands At Maribago Bay Hotel
The hotel has a nice pool. Unfortunatelly the jacuzzi was filled with unheated water.

We do not recommand this hotel to people who like to travel around the resort. It's far from the piers to other islands and allthough it was only a 15 minute drive to the mall it was hard to find a taxi willing to bring us. And they absolutely did't want to use their meters.
