Seedy, uncomfortable and noisy

Despite having no windows our room still managed to be very noisy. Our room was too far from reception to get wi-fi so I had to sit in the lobby to skype home. I would not have usually minded this but I had to share the area with drunken, seedy, old, western men and their teenage filipino girlfriends. The hotel could not provide us with dinner so we had to go elsewhere to find it. The surrounding area is horrible and feels unsafe. We rearranged our travel plans so that we did not have to return to cebu.
