Good Location but stone-like restaurant staff

Counter staff, concierge staff and room cleaning staff were very polite and customer -oriented.
Restaurant staff were not at all:
a. scoop spon left in the hot porridge is very hot and when I scooped and poured porridge into bowl, it burn my fingers and i jerked and poured porridge on my left middle finger which turned red. i quickly got some water to cool it. I told the lady supervisor and the waiter about it and there was no reaction at all! No remarks about my injury, no urgency to bring somne medicine or ice, no thing at all as if nothing serious happened. I suggested putting the scoop in a separate bowl, but did not happen. I asked for ice so I could cool my finger, but no reaction so I put my finger into the cup of cold drinking water and asked for ice again. The incident puzzled me and my companion. No emotion at all.

generally, our stay at citipark hotel was worthwhile both money-wise and location wise. the room was nice, secured and comfortable. appliances are working, cabinets and furnitures were situated so that the room looks bigger in spite of the size. employees are courteous and helpful to assist you whenever you need something. locations is nice because the shopping and eating places are accessible. traffic going to the cebu proper is light so travel is easy and less costly.

Nice odern hotel but noisy in the wrong rooms...

I enjoyed my stay at the Citi Park hotel.
We were originally placed into a room that was facing the road that passes by the hotel but we found that during the night hours a disco across the road would have music thumping away till the early morning hours so I had a few restless sleeps for a couple of days. I eventually complained and the staff willingly moved us to a quieter room facing the rear of the hotel. They said they had received complaints about the noise re the disco before and an action strategy was being formulated.
The breakfast was also very extensive and enjoyable. One minor bug point was that we had omlettes as part of our brekky for three days then on the fourth day the chef decided he wanted to charge us for cooking the omlettes!!! We refused to pay for the omlette and when the staff insisted we pay I went to see the hotel manager who waived the charge. I feel there was a bit of fleecing going on here and some advantage of my kind nature being taken. Not a happy bunny.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is no pool so dont ask!!! It is across the road from the newly opened adventure park which has a small zip line and other rope climbing activities.

nice clean hotel with good rooms and kept clean and tidy, staff in all the hotel was good and friendly and help me with anything i wanted , good view from upstairs but little bit out the way from most things ?
Shopping Tip:
big shopping center close bye and short taxi trip about 20 minutes , hotel nice but just little to far from thing for me ,, but please give it a go and see what you think

i could stay here for only 7 hours.
but i was surprised at the cleanness and high level facilities for the fee.
in addition to that, the clerks were very kind. and the location is good if u stay in taiwan to just wait for your airplane. coz it takes about 20min from here to airport.and u can go to airport by taxi for less than 200taiwan dollar.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel room is cozy and spacious. The room also has a great layout/floor plan. The hotel staff are very friendly and approachable. The food that they serve is great and has a lot of choices. The hotel is near a convenience store and it is not hard to look for a taxi.
