Only one night but good experience
breakfast is very good and staff are extremely friendly

we only stayed for one night, arrived in the evening and were tired. check in procedure was fastest ever had. needed to get something printed, no problem at all with the reception. room is spacious, wifi was working. breakfast next morning was plenty to choose from and delicious. all staff are very friendly and helpful. would go back if i stay in cebu again.

Location of the hotel is near to Ayala and IT park
hotel is just recently opened

since the hotel is just newly opened you can still smell the scent of the paint . the hotel is okay especially the food buffet but the pressure of the water is not that strong thus we are having difficulty while taking a shower. the hotel itself is near to the tourist attractions of cebu.

staffs were so nice but very small room

When we arrived, place looks new, literally, because you can even smell paint, when we got into the room, was nothing what I was expecting, room looks the same in pics from their website,but was very small, which was ok with me,.The bathroom wads also so small, drainage on shower was clogged that it floods the entire bathroom, I asked for a floor mat bec they have none, they gaved my towels to put on the floor... the personal ref not even working, they just nodded when I told them, did not bother to fix it, Luckily breakfast was good, and staffs on their dining area were so friendly, even their IT, well, I would stay, no chance of me going back to that hotel..

We had problems with towels provided very bad quality amd bad smelling. That's why we didn't come back we chooses another hotel to stay.

Friendly Staff but poor hotel facilities
For room cost the location was good. Staff very friendly.

On arrival the room booked did not have any hot water facilities, no cups for tea coffee making, and the bar fridge was not working. The air conditioner leaked condensate water onto the floor. On communicating the next day with the duty manager our room was changed and facilities improved. They need to train their staff to be more vigilant with regards to faults in the rooms.
Breakfast was very poor and needs a lot of improvement.
Shopping Tip:
Ayala Mall is great for daytime shopping and excellent for dining out at night lots of good restaurants to choose from.

Aside from the location, nice bedrooms.

the hotel has a very good location, very nice & comfy beds but very small bathroom. the food is great but very poor service and there are lots of flies in the restaurant which is also in the lobby. the housekeeping does not clean the bathroom well, lots of dust near the side table.
