Friendly Staff but poor hotel facilities
For room cost the location was good. Staff very friendly.

On arrival the room booked did not have any hot water facilities, no cups for tea coffee making, and the bar fridge was not working. The air conditioner leaked condensate water onto the floor. On communicating the next day with the duty manager our room was changed and facilities improved. They need to train their staff to be more vigilant with regards to faults in the rooms.
Breakfast was very poor and needs a lot of improvement.
Shopping Tip:
Ayala Mall is great for daytime shopping and excellent for dining out at night lots of good restaurants to choose from.

Nice room and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Except the bathroom is so small that when you sit in the toilet bowl, your knees will touch the wall.

Good location.
Aside from the location, nice bedrooms.

the hotel has a very good location, very nice & comfy beds but very small bathroom. the food is great but very poor service and there are lots of flies in the restaurant which is also in the lobby. the housekeeping does not clean the bathroom well, lots of dust near the side table.

price and location is great and recommendable for cost-conscious travelers. the only downside is the size of the room (too small) and the aircon is a bit noisy. though the bed is comfy. overall is still good.

The pictures seen online of the hotel are overly flattering. The room was very small, and the swimming pool on the roof a lot smaller than the pictures would have you believe. Although the view from the room's balcony was good I wouldn't recommend it if you suffer from vertigo.

We stay here 1 night and really enjoy the time. Swimming pool is located on top 17th floor, water was quite chilled, but quality is good and you have a good view from the pool too. our room condition is good as well

near our businessconections i would like to check in more times in this hotel but floating bathroom because the sink is not working the color from the wall is allready disappearing .the restaurant and the breakfast is only ready for local clients but no international touch .if you only need toast and coffee its ok
sorry to say but it seems that the hotel goes the usual way great design low maintenance and in a short period like so many others on a low base

SHort stay during transit. About 20 mins from airport. Some attractions close by include go karting, rock climbing and aquarium.

Got small amount of blood on the comforter, and housekeeping was so stupid they did not know that if you place it in cold water the blood would release, so instead they just ran it through the normal washing. Their stupidity cost me $85.00 and they informed me as I was checking out, cowards, and their hotel manager did not even reply to my email. Up until check out it was OK, cheap area of the city, not much to do. Food was OK, I've had better. Suggest you stay closer to the Ayala Mall or the beach, swimming pool is to cold to use.

I stayed in that hotel last year and then the fitness and the swimmingpool was not ready yet.Now,end of may 2012 stayed there again and the fitness was closed for renovation.swimmingpool was open,it s at the topfloor but very small and around the pool and the way to the Cr was very dirty.Breakfast however was a disaster,i came down at 9am,1hr before end of the breakfast time,it was buffet breakfast but every dish was empty ,except the rice,white bread and they offered me fried eggs,but they did nt fill up any dish anymore.orange juice was powder juice and the coffe was like coloured water,don t choose thet hotel for the breakfast,better pay less for another and go ayala or py more for a well known hotel.

location of the hotel is ok,it s only a short rid e to the ayala mall +/-70 peso
