Interesting place - a dormitory!

Interesting place - a dormitory full of young people. The cook starts preparing breakfast in the ground floor around 5 am, and the price for a good traditional Philippine breakfast is around pesos
The room is clean but very simple, and aircon is not too noisy
Location is just fine very close to pier 3, so super easy access to and from feries to other parts of the country, is you are travelling by ship, as we prefere to do

Great location for the Sinulog celebration!
The hotel rooms are cheaper than the other Hotel/Dormitories. The location is great if you want a peace and quiet stay.

Of all the hotels we had stayed, CLM Dormitory is quite different since its great location if you want to witness the Processional Parade of the Senior Sto. Nino and walking distance from the Basilica del Sto. Niño Church. It is cheap, most specially if you travel with children and families. The food sold in the canteen is home cook style and yet affordable. The location around the CLM is quite safe though it would be mistaken for not safe due to squatters area around, but over all it is safe.

Leider ist das Hotel herungergekommen: kein Wasser, Schimmel. Und das schlimmste: es stank sehr übel! Wenn Cebu, dann lieber 2-3 Dollars mehr ausgeben und sonst wo übernachten.

場所が分かりにくく、たどり着くまでに時間がかかった。
安いが、古い。インターネットでwifiが使えると表記してあったが、Lanだったが、問題なく使えた。
私たちは、ダブルのエアコン付だったが、この部屋以外はおすすめしない。
カップルにおすすめするホテルではないが、旅慣れている方は大丈夫だと思う。
いろんな意味でローカル気分が味わえる
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
市内のショッピングセンターまでは歩いて３０分程。
少し外れているせいか、夜は少し怖い感じがしたが、一人で出歩かなければ大丈夫。
私たちはボホール島へ行ったのですが、ボホール行きのフェリー乗り場が近く便利。

場所がスラム街のような所にあり、バウチャー見せても、誰も対応できない。1時間以上待たされて、しびれを切らして、クレジットで払ったけど、何で駄目なの？怒って問い詰めたところ、もーいいみたいな感じで、部屋に案内された。部屋は値段なりというか、値段以下かも知れないくらいの部屋。おおくの学生が共同生活しているような場所に、空いた部屋があるからそこを貸し出しているような感じ。

在1个小巷子。有多小？出租车也不知道的地方，司机还去问警察。周围都是贫民窟。想找个吃东西的地也没有，饿啊。后来发现个宿雾有N多青旅的，是我冲动了。我订的多人间，给了我单间。根本没有客人住，有种阴森恐怖的感觉。单间有电扇，空气不流通很闷。不停安慰自己这个价格不要过高要求，还有WIFI,终于安静下来，天一亮就离开了。
