Rooms were pretty average. Breakfast ok. Reception were good in accommodating our hotel pick up request. Didn't really use hotel facilities as only our base at night .

nice hotel far from the city
8.3
we stayed in a standard room which is behind the lobby. the room was a bit old but it's clean and big (good for 3 people). nice hotel with really relaxing beach chairs. the pool was a bit rough though. i was afraid i would scratch myself. both restaurants serve delicious food and they have huge servings. all staff are really attentive and very hospitable.

Great service with smile but old rooms
very nice of all the empolyees with good service. clean environment
6.7
it was very impressive to meet the employees who tried to answer all the questions I asked. the room I stayed at seemed to be relatively old and dark. overall hotel provided a clean environment which helped me take a good rest.
the fly in the ointment was not neighbors who tried to solicit the customer to their business. sometimes i felt embarrassed when they called me speaking broken Koreans. anyhow, each time they gave me a unpleasent feelings.

On our first night stay in the resort was a big disappoinment and shocking. They gave us an old small standard room that can just squeeze in 3 beds. To our horror, there were termites on the vanity table, the air-con was very noisy till the entire family could not sleep for the night.
On the second day, after complaining, they gave us a newer room which is slightly bigger and cleaner. Not much facilities in this resort except the pool, free bicyle, pool table and table tennis. The private beach is small and the sea water filled with seagrass and not meant for swimming.
It is not value for money, and you can stay in a better resort with this amount of money.

deserted resort with wifi
5.3
costa bella is a very quiet and secluded resort, practically nothing at all unless you ask the hotel staff to book a private mpv to drive you out. 900 peso for only 1 way which is like really expensive coz you can get a local van at only 400 peso for a 2 way trip.
please try to bring more money over coz you will need to spend your days there by booking their land tour and island hopping trip , if not you will be bored to death. seriously no not stay at this resort for more than 3 days unless you want really quiet time with your partner.
once a lifetime experience is enough. not bad afterall , if you hav the money to spend .

lovely hotel at the internet only...
the swimming pool is good..
5.3
i go with my siblings as a treat for them and expecting too much about the accomodation of the hotels so that my siblings will appreciate for their first time stay in hotel but disappointed with the shower, faucet and the flushing bowls. Although we used the standard room but i guess not satisfying with the price. Ive been with hotels that i can differentiate..And even stay at Crown Regency Suites after that stay at Costabella..All i said, i better let my sibling stay in this suites..

Lovely hotel with lush garden
beautiful garden, clean rooms, free wifi, good pools
4.7
My family wanted to escape from the hustle and bustle of Korean life, so we chose this hotel because we thought it was out of the way and quiet. But lo and behold...the hotel was full of Korean tourists! The room was quite nice, the breakfast buffet was great, there was free wifi (only on the first floor) and the staff were generally friendly. I was a little disappointed with the beach (too small!!!), but at least I got the chance to lie under the sun and read my book, that was before the tour buses loaded with Korean tourists arrived.
The restaurant was way overpriced and the food could be better. The breakfast buffet was really nice, especially the coffee and the omelet.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was uneventful but okay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you don't want to be harrassed by locals selling guitars, ukuleles, and god-knows-what-else, stay in the hotel!
