Crown Regancy is situated right in Cebu city. Cabs always available. Hotel itself is very clean and has professional manner. Staff are available and friendly. The rooms are nice and have a good view of the city. Breakfast Buffet has great selection. Between the club Ultima facilities and the hotels staff and services, I will be back. I will recommend this to my friends back home in Australia.
Has excellent restuarants, good value for money. Club ultima is great with pool,gym, massages and many other things. Staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful.
Would be really good if hotel rooms had DVD players in them. But then again have not found a hotel that does.
- Restaurant Tip : Mr. Grill Restuarant, pay for Buffet and also go to Japanese restuarant on next floor, which is included in the Buffet price.

I would recommed this hotel to anyone who enjoys a friendly staff, clean accomondations and a stress free stay.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff willing to always go the extra mile!

The room is clean and beautiful design!The room service is not good and Upper roof restaurant is not recommanded! We have a dinner at Upper roof restaurant and both of us aslo food poisioning! We suspect is the Fish and Oyster not fresh! After vommited, We need a Hot chocolate drink to recover our stomach but have to wait for an hour!
