The Pool was very nice, great food. i didnt find anything bad at the hotel. The hotel was very nice, The staff was very professional and were very helpful. I really liked the buffet. The pool was very nice and clean. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will stay there again

Poor internet connection and room service The hotel was good, central, clean and friendly enough. It never tried to be anything special and wasn't. The breakfast buffet was very good but the room service food selection was terrible for a 4*. The internet connection was poor and could do with upgrading. Great views from the Skybar and there are fun rides on the roof too like sky walking and a roller coaster.

If you are looking for a nice room, with view, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet, upscale, this is the place. I would definitely stay again. The buffet was just ok but it was in a nice room. The food at the complementary buffet was simple but varied. The concierge was unable to help us solve a small problem regarding finding a tailor. The front desk was efficient and helpful and fulfilled our request for room with a view. There is a gym but we never used it.
Shopping Tip : near robinsons mall--a small mall filled with many services and businesses.

when we arrived, none of the staff welcomed us. We did not received any greetings,welcome drinks (as stated in their brochure) no eye contact, just proceeded and gave our key. they did not give us any map of the diff towers etc.the restroom was awfully dirty. Concierge never bothered to call when i had 2 items for me and just left the items on the counter. I have not written a hotel review before. But after having this horrible experience, it is for the best interest of every tourist not to stay here. I am a US-Filipino citizen and have traveled the world. I have to say, this is the worst service we have receive from a hotel. The Chinese restaurant is food is fair, but the service is the same. They could not get the right order. They also embarrassed the host in front of us -their guest!
Travel tip : Do not book at this hotel. It is owned by Chinese people whose last name is King. They do not give privileges to their staff that's why their staff treats their customers the same way!

Hotel is well located,that's it. Needs mini bar,phone number guide,to train staff in discretion,in short,should only have a 2star rating at best.
A well located hotel,other than that,no redeeming qualities.indiscreet staff, been ambushed by 9 staff on late entry into lobby,despite having room key etc.There is no mini bar,or guide for internal phone numbers or general information on Cebu.Of all 4 star establishments I have stayed in around the world,this is by far the worst. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay here.
Travel tip : Simply don't bother staying there.

Tallest nice modern,state of the art structure to roof and give comfort to their visitors. the edge coaster and sky walk is their new attraction. the courteous staff makes you feel at home. Free use of internet in the room is also an added factor. i saw some mosquitoes in the room. the taste of their buffet could be improved. Swimming Pool may also be improved. My stay in the hotel was a memorable one. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Near most of the commercial, educational and commercial buildings. Rooms are spacious. The hotel is i guessed the tallest hotel in Cebu city. Where they offer the edge coaster and sky wall, where you and your loved ones and enjoy including the children. With a minimal amount you already can enjoy the rides and see the view of Cebu City when you are at the roof top. You can enjoy their buffet in the second floor. Although they do not offer a wide range of buffet to choose from but overall it's alright. I will not be ashamed to recommend this hotel for it will make you feel the comfort of home away from home.

In the center of Cebu city. The only high rise in the city. well furnished, friendly staff, comfortable room. The breakfast is very nice, with a lot of food to choose. good location, close to robinsons and pier 1. nice staff and restaurant. will come back again.

Centrally location, many facilities, large spacious rooms, well kept and family oriented. The furniture was a little dated and had cigarette burns in it. The curtains only closed half way, so not a place to sleep in late. Smallish bathroom. Overall the hotel and facilitties are above average with many thing to occupy a person or family on business or holiday. The central location is also a draw for business and tourists. Finally the new building next door will increase occupancy and availability of rooms next winter.
Shopping Tip : Banks, shopping malls and bars are all within walking distance of 100Meters to 1 KM.

Business Centre : many computers but no internet access ?? Excellent value for money. Reasonable buffet breakfast.Efficient check-in procedure in spite of checking in at 05.30 am. Even the bellboy, Mr Charles, was assisting as if he had been waiting for guests to arrive at this odd hour. Assistance from he IT department to provide new cable in the room to access email was promptly given. Room was without any luxury but with everything included, which one would expected for a short visit at such low prices.
A welcome addition to the growing range of hotels in Cebu !
Travel tip : Ask Charles, the bell boy/concierge for assistance and he will go out of his way to satisfy your every need.

Good Location, downtown cebu city Front desk staffs slow & unresponsive Crown Regency Fuente is good modern hotel with good facilities. However while it is well facilitated for a 4-star hotel, the service levels from front desk is NO different from a budget hotel- in short, non-existence. My request to change room to front desk was ignored, had to call up 4x for someone to give me an affirmative reply after staff repeatedly said that they will return call but never did. I had waited from morning 9am to 3pm in the afternoon, after 4 calls before getting another room. Granted that a room maynot be readily avail., sadly the response is very disappointing.

Rooms are great. Beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. Food is good, staff is friendly. Programable A\C? Why? When you leave the room it goes off anyway. This was a great place to stay. The beds are great the view is great from the upper floors. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants are superior. Breakfast was very good and included. Odd thing was that in order to get the good rate, you must book on the internet. Otherwise the rate would be much higher. The hotel does not have internet service for guests unless you have your own laptop. I do not carry my laptop, it is just a pain in my mind.
Restaurant Tip : SM or Ayala mall is a short trip. Good food and less expensive.
