Great Spa.
Building is tall enough that you're out of the scariness of the city.
Wifi works reliably, but slow.
We stayed here one day to escape from the craziness that is Cebu. Skip the city all together if you can, but if you are stuck this is a great place to stay. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. We'd stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Avoid city altogether and go to Camiguin Island.
Ferry system is not reliable. Our direct ferry to Camiguin was canceled twice, we went to Cagayan D'Oro and took a second ferry to Camiguin.

clean & tidy, clear beach, nice staff
no tooth brush in the room, small swimming pool and beach
It's a relaxing hotel. Hotel's room and enviornment is resort style, clean & tidy. They have a clear small beach, nice and helpful staff. Food is up to standard.
But too far to down town. There's no tooth brush supply in the room, quite small swimming pool and beach. I will suggest can rent a boat outside and go to the island for snoklling. Somehow we still can find a fish around beach side.

Here I have something to complain about your customer service.
I've stayed in Crown Regency Hotel & Towers Cebu from this Nov 13 ~ 15. And I and my wife went to have a dinner buffet at Mr.Grill restaurant. We started buffet, but we found many ants in foods (Actually hundreds ants around the foods).
I asked them that "There are many ants in foods, so I can't eat anything."
Waitress told me with very kind attitude that she would bring those foods upon my request from kitchen directly. I tried to accept that however, most of foods are taken by ants from cake, salad even meats. I was so upset since it's impossible to imagine in my point view.
Sanitation is a critical matter for the restaurant.
Your hotel try to meet customers' satisfaction based on your customer sheet in your hotel room. I have no idea if ants in food is ok or not in Philippine, but not in Korea and rest of countries that I have been till now.
I had talked with Food and Beverage Manager, Mr. Bernie Tapnio regarding this matter. He is even more serious. Even though he is in charge of F&B manager, he never said sorry and he never apologized. I requested that I just started my meal; however, I can't keep eating because of ants, so I like to go out without payment.
But he said that...
1. I had already started food and I just try not to pay the meal cost. (Actually meal cost is not big. just 1,000piso which is nothing for good dinner. But this money is not suitable for your foods and service)
2. There are no ants in his eyes. (Later I showed him ants in foods again to ensure that I was not telling a lie.)
3. OK, there are ants but nobody complained till now; you are the first one complaining ants in foods. (It means ants in foods are ok since nobody claimed yet, and it will be ok forever because he thinks it is ok.)
And he called security guards. Then, I have nothing to do but paying the bill.
