Great service
Good service, always willing to go the extra mile
6.7
My room was spacious but the TV was missing certain business channels I needed for work, after asking them politely, the technician had been in the room, with my permission, and added cable TV it didn't have. Amazing. Seriously went out of their way. I've stayed here before a year ago, and always helpful. New casino on 3rd floor that is not bad, bit small though.
Annoying things:
1.It's a sightseeing hotel, so Asian visitors flock by coachload & get in the way at lifts/foyer. Too packed.
2.In order to go to higher than 19th floor in Tower 1 where all the things happen, you have to pay! Not much, but annoying seeing as I was paying for the hotel room already. No luck there.
3. Internal restaurant is expensive compared to Cebu. Go to Ayala to eat, 20 min taxi.
4. I needed an iron, can only use for 1 hour, cos they only have one! (business)
5. TV was small, was an old TV
Hotel Feature Tip:
1. Don't stay here if you want beaches or awesome huge pools (pool is ok though)
2. On arriving at airport, you cross the road, DON'T take first taxi rank, go through the 2nd building, and there is a cheaper taxi rank, make sure he switches on the metre!

My biggest problem with this hotel was getting to and from the room we seemed to spend all our time waiting for the elevator. We were on the 31 floor which meant getting TWO elevators form the lobby. This was just so frustrating as they were alway full. One time it took us over 30 minutes just to get from our romnto the pool area! This issue was enough to put me off from staying there again

I stayed for 2 nights and found the rooms acceptable. However, ingress and egress to the lobby involves a circuitous routes of alleys and transfer of elevators. I will not stay again in this hotel.

somewhat confusing with the use of elevators and different towers. as mentioned by many, elevators can get extremely busy so expect to pass a few up before you can squeeze in if your going anywhere around breakfast or dinner time

Fun hotel that will keep you busy!
Lots of entertainment options, great pool area, spa & restaurants
8.7
Great hotel that has a lot of entertainment options if you're willing to spend the extra money. The pool area was very nice - even has a hot tub for days that the weather is a bit more chilly.
Several restaurants within the hotel complex, and although no meals were included the food we did have was good.
Spa/massage services are available and were decent enough, though they were provided in an overly air-conditioned room which I found too cold to be half-naked, getting a massage in
:(
Rooms were also spacious, clean and comfortable.

good location initial problems resolved
6.3
Initial reaction was negative as many features as telephone
tv and internet were not available in my room. I needed to
contacht management to have things fixed. Things began
to go much smoother thanks to a young gentleman by the
name of Sab who was taking care of room service. The
management is not on top of things for a five star facility.
In no way is this hotel comparable to Waterfront Lodge Lahug.
Nightlife Tip:
Location is central to many discos and bars
