Good centrally located hotel
Extreme adventure, pool, mini mart, big clean rooms on high floors

An excellent hotel to stay in for the Extreme Adventure activities on the 38th floor. Rooms have nice views but only on the higher levels of Tower One. Pool has a massage jets as well.

Safe even with an earthquake!

assured of our safety after an almost intensity 6 stike the city and we were on the 38th floor having dinner! the building was practically swaying! but thank god, nothing bad happened to us!
the indoor pool is great!

Cental city location

An enjoyable stay once again with a few negative points. The room i was given was not in the usual tower that I have stayed on my previous trips, the room was large and located on level 9 that had no elevator access and no help was offered to carry my luggage down the stairs from the 10th floor to the 9th floor. The bathroom was luxurious with a double sized bath tub but there seemed to be a foul smell which occurred a couple of times thought out the day making the room smell quit unpleasant. The pool also was quite dirty with algae growing around the water level. Had to wait a long time for the elevators due to too many people having to access the extensive and enjoyable facilities that they have on offer. Dinner in the all you can eat Chinese restaurant shouldn’t be missed either. The hotel has a buffet breakfast which is spectacular so much variety of western and Filipino foods available. Front desk staffs are very helpful also.

this hotel is really special as it has a mini theme park on its 38th floor, with an edge roller coaster, skywalk, zip line and abseiling. it also has a free pool and various other paying facilities. the only annoying thing is waiting for the lift, which is super slow. the front desk were lovely and the location is pretty convenient - right next to larsian bbq and a mall.
however the tv channel selection wasn't huge and there was only wifi in the lobby - even the hostel i stayed at had wifi throughout the building...also no breakfast included in the room rate.

view of the city was the best this hotel has to offer. aside from the big rooms, they offer 1 whole day of entertainment. sky walk and etc. the swimming pool is good enough since it is kept clean. staffs are accommodating. easy to locate and go to. accessible to almost every fast food and local restaurants in the city.
Restaurant Tip:
do not forget to go to casa verde. ribs and steaks are their main dish. big servings, value for money.

Truly 5-star Hotel with luxurious rooms

Conveniently located along Osmena Blvd, near to Robinsons Department Store and within walking distance to Colon Street. The rooms are so spacious and luxurious, especially the beds are so comfortable.
Housed in the same building is a 4-D cinema, amusement centre, indoor pools, a gun firing range and on the roof is the Sky Experience Adventure.
Food is equally good, at the cafe, for breakfast. A wonderful stay all round.
