Good City Hotel with Amenities.
Amenities such as Gym, Pool, Nice Room, Located within the City.

Its fairly a good hotel. A little overcrowded. One complaint I have is the non efficient Elevator rides. Takes a couple of transfers to get to your room or the floors you want to visit. Very confusing and tiresome.

great room with a great view especially when you feel like taking a break from everything, just sit in front of the window and have a nice coffee and enjoy the view. no need to go to "TOPS" , you can get it all here. lots of activities to do. will definitely come back soon...

A bit disappointing overall

This Hotel was very strange and the overall experience here was poor. Checking in took ages as there was only 1 staff on duty and so many guests. The lifts took ages to arrive and they were always full of people. The wierd thing about the design here is that we had to go up to the 10th floor, walk down a 50 metre passage way, then walk down 4 flights of stairs just to reach the room! There is no lift access to all floors- crazy design fault!
When we were staying there and at the pool area, 2 glass windows shattered high up on the Hotel and the glass came raining down into the pool! amazing! People were cut and hurt, luckily i was under cover at this time, but still very scary.
