I slipped on the floor when i went down from the indoor swimming pool, the staff only attended to me when i called het attention. She asked my name nd room # but i never received any call from the hotel manager. I told the staff that they should also place rubber mats near the stairs 😔

Relaxing

Our room was the Corner Suite and it was large especially for a family of 4. The room has a small living room, a dirty kitchen, a big bedroom, and a large bathroom. It was nice knowing that my family and I will sleep comfortably with their large beds since our previous hotel in manila only had 2 single beds (you do the math) Overall it was a nice stay in crown regency although their lobby was quite noisy at times due to foreigners (mostly koreans, chinese, and japanese) who stays in their lobby to i dont know maybe hang out? but they compensated with starbucks which is just situated near the hotel entrance.

the location of this hotel is very good, this hotel is never boring, the staff are respectful

The hotel is centrally located. Everything was just around the area and transportation was very easy. The hotel can be a little crowded especially with the tourists going to and from looking for adventure. The facilities they offer are one of a kind in the Philippines!Overall, this hotel is worth the trip, though I was disappointed that my room rate didnt include breakfast, considering it wasnt cheap.

disapointing from the point of veiw that the lifts are busy with people going to the top floors for entertainment we were constantly waiting 10 min for a lift and any and any of the bars are not avilable to hotel guests unless you pay the access fee and as there was 12 in our group it was a lot of money

It Could've Been Better
Except for the amenities they have like the Prana Medispa and Sky Adventure, I cannot think of anything more.

Only one (1) elevator was working. There was passenger traffic! Taking the elevator was a nightmare! The lobby is overly crowded and nobody seem to mind the other guests who have been standing for too long and the pile of bags that is crowding the lobby!
