Great service in the reception

The hotel reception was okey but the the room sucks, shower was broken and the bed was full of bugs until now we are still itching.
The staff was helpful in the reception but then in the restaurant they do need loads of training.

Crown regency is nice hotel for staying for one night when you are waiting for connection flight to another iland. It is just 15 minut away frrom airport so it is very practical.

fantastic Hotel
Its near to cebu about 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic) by taxi. It is near to fantastic Plantation Bay

The Hotel is very clean and there are friendly personal. The rooms are big and have air condition and nice. Around the Hotel there are not too many restaurants so you have to go to cebu centre, but it is near to paradise beach Plantation Bay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Learning English, they have special program for learning English language, it is interesting for family with children who want to learn english.

The Hotel is one the first Choice in Cebu. The reasons:
1- The price is in relation to services more than ok.
2- Personal is very friendly.
3- The Hotel is very central
4- The rooms have a big size and very clean and modern.
The Breakfast is very expensive for PH. It is about 1000 Persos!
Shopping Tip:
Shopping centre Ayala is near to Hotel about 10 minutes by Taxi. You will find many restaurants and you can enjoy different kind of food. There are also many Cafe's around to enjoy a European Coffee of course!!!
You can also go to Robinson shopping centre, its about 3 minutes by food.

great place to stay, family atmosphere. getting taxis was a chore at times due to lack of trafice, but overall, everything was fantastic.
Restaurant Tip:
great information at hotel about area restaurants, but need to check times of opening. We went to two recommended places and both were closed.

The room is just fine and comfortable to stay. the hotel had staffs to clean the rooms and change the towels everyday.The smile on their faces telling us that" we are happy to serve you." the hotel has a clean pool which is divided for kids pool.There is a classic bar little away from the pool while watching them swimming.The side view of the room faces the mountain.you can see green around and the sun rising.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is 15mins. drive away to the airport. You can take a taxi for less than 2oo yen to mall and supermarket.you can take a jeepney just across the hotel for 16 yen.There are 2 malls where you can buy many things and its cheap.

a good place to stay for a family. there's a kitchenette that will help you to conserve everyday .the refrigerator is little big to store your food if you plan to stay for a week.you can cook by using an electric range.my family felt at home in this hotel.the staffs cleaned the room and change the bed sheets and new towels everyday.they have good food buffet for breakfast.all the staffs of this hotel served with a smile.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Be sure to bring the precious things with you when you leave your room.the staff won't clean your room if you place the tag with"Don't disturb"hang on
door knob.

Ok for just an overnight stay while in transit

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean. It had a nice comfy bed and bathroom with a large tub. If you need a place to stay before you catch a flight out of Cebu, it's fine and close to the airport. The pizza from their 50's restaurant is not bad.
Cons: There is nothing close to see outside of this hotel. You need to take a taxi to get into Cebu City, since it's actually on Mactan Island, where the airport is. If you like your room to be very dark while you sleep, this not the place to stay. You can't close the curtains all of the way because some genius decided to put the A/C unit in the middle of them! We were there in late December and the pool was cold and it's not as nice as it looks in the pictures.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This is a scam tip: If you are taking a boat to another island and take a taxi to the boat terminal, only pay what the taxi's meter says and make sure the meter is turned on before you get in! If the taxi driver gets to the boat terminal and acts like he is paying someone at the gate, this is a scam! It does not cost anything to drop you off at the terminal. Don't give the driver a chance to charge you anymore than what the meter says! Also, if you plan to buy tickets, the terminal is not the place to buy them. The ticket offices are back outside of the terminal, just a short walk, but a hassle if the taxi driver drops you off at the terminal and not the ticket office. This scam was observed in Cebu.
