check in was a breeze, got to our room, airconditioner not working well, there was water leaking from it, staff didn't do anything. booked a conference room well in advance prior to booking rooms with agoda. advised staff to ensure it can accomodate at least 15 laptops with good wifi signal and lan. we got the only conference room without it's own wifi router, complained several times to the staff but nobody came to explain anything or even try and rectify the issue. we found out later that the other conference rooms are available with their own wifi router. that was the single most important facgtor for us choosing this hotel.

thin walls for rooms close to the elevator

hotel pick up messed up, hotel can't drop off to any other destination other than airport even if it's closer than going to the airport so we ended up not using the free transport

Found the hotel ok for business traveller at the time very noisey at all hours school kids from korea going to classes on same floor and noise at all hours found on 8th floor windy leaking doors to balcony and min service for room service.People friendly food costly and not so good but good service typical Philippine hotel location close to airport and city only area is in a developing section and a cab is a must to do anything free shuttle to air port

Needs major renovation
A/C not cold! hotel staff not organize! needed training!

I stayed here and paid 3 nights for 2 bedroom suites but my money is not worth it for the price and service. Just stayed here because my husband got sick and don't want to move to a different hotel. A/C is not working good, my husband cleaned the filter and looks like they don't clean those for years. Front desk staff don't communicate with each other, poor service at this property. They don't want to follow up with any resolution of the issues we complained about, I was the one to follow up with them, management is not helpful and don't pass information to their staff for better customer service, I was upset, and won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Lots of roaches in our room, housekeeper was nice, he did help us killed those roaches, I gave him $25. The rest was the worst experienced of my hotel stay.

My favorite place on Mactan

I am always greeted here with a smile and welcomed by all staff members. The hotel is very nice and rooms are big and comfortable. Excel ant beds. All the rooms I have stayed in had a refrigerator and a kitchenette. The location is good for the airport and there are several street venders that roast pork and chicken and veg tables and also rice. It is a bit far from the Cebu night life, about 300 pesos each way. There are some places close worth visiting and normally some companionship walking the street later in the evenings. All in all, a good place to relax. The pool is great, the breakfast buffet is good but the 50's cafe is not worth the time .

Lovely hotel with great service
Rooms were spacious, convenient location about ten mins from the airport, convenience store located at ground floor

My stay was very pleasant. I really appreciate the staff's consideration with the room upgrade. And, due to this my business meeting went very well. We had ample space to do product presentation. My guests were very comfortable which of course added to the overall success of the meeting.
Since it was a short business trip for me, the proximity to the airport was a plus factor.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try the Fifties Cafe, happy hour is from 5 to 8, beer is at 50% off. Band is good if you're into old songs. Stay a little longer and it's karaoke night for those who want to stretch their vocal chords. great experience

Easy access and nice location
Warm and nice receptionists. Easy check in. Reasonable rate.

The hotel is quite nice. I find the personnel quite helpful and nice. Typical of Cebu hospitality.
I just do not want the Karaoke bar next door. I hope they can work with them to terminate the singing at 11 PM or earlier.

Although the check-out time was so early in the morning, the hotel staff treat us a great care. It was so happy for us, just 2 Japanese people. (No Japanese of course)
And one thing. the hotel was really close to the airport.
