Staff was friendly.
Rooms were clean and the air-conditioning worked well.
10-15 minute ride from the Airport. The fitness center equipment was old and most of it was not working.
This Hotel was far from the City but still has a lot of noise pollution due to proximity to the street.
Poor internet connection in the rooms. I had service for 2 days out of 8. This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and the quality of service is much improved. If they can fix the equipment in the fitness center and the cable TV quality in the rooms it would bring this place closer to it's rating.

Courteous staff, very good restaurant Few amenities in the room When booking a ONE BEDROOM SUITE, one would expect a separate bedroom, but it is actually a standard room with a kitchenette. I did not actually see the two bedroom suite, but I imagine that it is their "one bedroom suite" with a connecting door. If you plan to do some of your own cooking in the room, make sure to tell them ahead of time to get cookware, flatware, dishes AND the propane tank for the stove. Overall, not worth the price of the room.

The hotel is near the airport , close to beaches , the room is comfortable and well equipped , the beds are comfortable as well it has free internet , wired as well as wifi , service is first class. No restaurants close by , taxis not easy to find , Definitely recommend it , the rooms are confortable and well equipped,

Locaation is good. Room is good size and clean. Has balcony. Balcony overlooks squatters and animals in paddock. Service and peaople were great. Breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and have very good ammenities. Money changer next to the hotel but do not recommend using this changer as currency rate isnt very good. Would stay here again as the hotel is clean and modern. Hotel has shuttle service at airport so ask when you arrive at airport.

Internet connection is very weak, and the morning buffet is not good. Meals cost a lot and everything that you buy from the hotel Store is over price.The pool side bar is not open on a daily basic. The bar the price of drinks is over price.

Price is quite dear for Philippenes The hotel was pretty nice , and the rooms were kept clean , most of the staff where helpfull , but some not so helpful, the fifty club was not so good !! and the entertainment was very poor , so dont bother with the club !! and the food was little .
The hotel price was 3.500 pessos per night !! which is a bit expencive for the erea, the breafast was ok nothing special !!
Would stay there again if a little cheaper !!

Guys please check all the rooms before you let somebody to check -in,your airconditioning needs work. first we're so excited because its so nice and clean,the only problem is the airconditioning the dont work,my kid and my husband they cant sleep at night we need to move in the other room in the middle of the night my husband he is so mad coz its so0 hot the room we need transfer in the other room.We dont get more sleep especially we have flight in the afternoon we are so disapointed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : close to the airport.

Great value and close to airport. Food quality could use help. I enjoyed my stay in Cebu at this hotel. Comfortable and clean and a very good value. The staff was great and very helpful. Free breakfast in the morning, but the food selection was a marginal and the quality was ok - nothing to remember fondly. Overall, a nice stay and I will happily return there again.

Close to the Airport and offers a free shuttle. Maintenance of facilities and equipment was a weak point. Staff was helpful most of the time but as usual there are the exceptions. I thought that this hotel was doing okay until I checked out early and was charged for an extra night for no apparent reason.
24 hour convenience store can use an inventory boost but was adequate. I will not stay here again because I felt like there were a lot of minor things that would have enhanced my stay that were not addressed. The gym was neglected, room service menus were not available in rooms and although laundry services were provided the quality was poor. I used an outside service and it was cheaper and better.

Good size rooms, comfortable bed, fair pool size. i've seen nicer. I probably expected much from the name, Crown Regency ! but it didn't live up to its name... lacks service, room cleaning service never completely correct, often out of bsic supplies in restaurant... and pool rules applied unfairly.... As you can see, I am not satisfied considering the price.... Room cleaning and update, never completed correctly, that courtesy newspaper, I got 1 day out of 5, complementary coffee in room, they didnt replace the coffee or sugar, they say a fully furnished and tooled kitchen ... what a joke, all appliances are in place, but not 1 pot, plate, fork, glass, bowl or anything, so what good is all appliances is you have nothing to prepare food with .... then the pool rules, they apply some rules to some people, but other rules are not even enforced, then 1 night i wanted to order their pizza, which they advertise in every corner of the hotel, guess what the answer was... we ran out of dough today... I dont recommend and will not return

Plenty of noise from traffic, dogs barking all night and chicken crowing! HOTEL IS OLD, STAFF IS UNSURE OF THEIR JOBS, ROOMS ARE NOT SOUND PROOFED AND I COULD NOT HAVE PROPER SLEEP DUE TO TRAFFIC NOISE. AS WELL DOGS BARKED ALL NIGHT AND CHICKEN CROWED. ONLY ONE MACHINE IN GYM WAS WORKING, AND BREAKFAST WAS NOT TO THE EXPECTED STANDARD. OVERALL, I WOULD CALL IT A 2-3 STAR RATING.

The hotel is pretty clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. Bed is comfy, restaurants are quite good and the pool is well designed. We also liked the 24-7 convenience store at the hotel. They carry a very good selection of merchandise too. Since it is in the middle of Cebu City and the beach (technically in the middle nowhere), so there is not much to see/do around the hotel. But if you grab a taxi to the beach side/ city, it takes only around 20-30 min so it's okay.
Another thing is, our room was facing some sort of rooster farm/ pig farm and those little animals kept on waking us up from 4am. Our flight arrived in at 3am but the hotel staff could still arranged a car to pick us up. They even allowed us for an early check-in without charging extra! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Also, since we were not very familiar with this place, they gave us some very good advice on sightseeing and things to do while we were there. If we are coming back to Cebu next time, we will come back and stay here again.
Shopping Tip : Great convenience store just at the hotel so you can just get pretty much anything you need there.
