Only stayed at the hotel to sleep.
1 jeep ride away from IT park, walking distance to famous restos, cheaper than hotels in same area.

Ups: just an P8 jeep ride away from IT park where call ctrs are located and fast foods are at. Famous restos are walking distance (Golden Cowrie, Chika-an, AA's). Cheaper than most hotels in same area. Public transpo (jeep, taxi) are right outside of the hotel.
Downs: although they clean your room everyday, we saw one small cockroach everyday - even after killing one, a new cockroach will be seen the next day. When you check-in and out, nobody carries your bags or shows you where the room is. At night, staff are sleeping in the lobby which doesnt make me feel very secure.

I found the price reasonable for the kind of room I had. it is a good hotel except I would have preferred to have wifi in the room, and better bathroom facilities. the shower was quite oldand needed to be improved. the water pressure was not very good. the food I also found quite expensive. it is strategically located, quite near to the IT park, and the staff are very good at getting transportation.
