Budget hotel which is good value overall

I stay here quite often in spite of the fact that the rooms have small bugs in them. Little cockcroaches maybe? Not sure?
overall it is a reliable service....they allow me ot bring visitors to my room with no fuss...it is just an 8 peso jeepney ride to Ayala Mall or 60 to 120 pesos in a taxi depending on the traffic.
They check your sheets at checkout to make sure that there are no blood stains on the sheets and charge you 100 per stained sheet. So don't stay there if you will find this level of scrutiny too invasive.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. love the bathroom, good internet connection, complete with basic room amenities, good that there's a refrigerator in the room. Only negative comment about the room is that there were small roaches.

Reasonable hotel for less than pesos
the location is good....less than pesos to Ayala Mall or IT Park

It is a reasonable hotel for a low cost. Other hotels such as are far nicer...but the Tune is twice the cost.
The room is a good size adn has an empty fridge to put your own drinks in....no mini bar.
The hotel is "guest friendly"...you can bring "friends" there for a few hours or overnight if you wish.

Close to IT Park restaurants and not too far from Ayala Mall

Terrific taxi service from this hotel...simply walk to the front of the hotel and you will have a taxi within 60 secs.
There is also a jeepney service running past the front door to Ayala mall...only 8 pesos.
The hotel is "guest friendly" if you want to bring a lady to your room. Visitors are supposed to sign in with ID at the front desk but they don't always enforce this.
Is is moderately clean...but there are some little bugs/cockroaches in the rooms..so don't book in if this is a big deal for you.
I just ignore them cos the room overall is a good deal at 1,000 pesos and the bugs don't really bother me.

a little run-down, but clean and comfortable, close to ayala, it park and waterfront casino. downside is wi-fi is only available in lobby.( although are some rooms that can get the signal ) . upside, for a local traveller like myself, is the car parking, which is excellent, so many hotels in cebu have none, or street parking only. staff pretty good, service standards ok. breakfast average.
Restaurant Tip:
there are numerous restaurant options within walking distance, except breakfast.

The thing i don't like is that our room has a certain unpleasant smell (maybe paint or some chemical smell) and it's a bit dirty because I see some little bugs crawling around

After a guest leave, the room should be check instantly. My first night with no hot water but after informing the front desk, it was repaired immediately.
Restaurant Tip:
Ask the front desk for cheap but good food fpr a relaxing meal.
