the staff are lazy and rather talk to each other then help i had to get up early and booked taxi and food for 0500 , nothing was ready and no calls to us we where late for out plane , swimming pool was green and disgusting , worst hotel i ever been in

The room a/c was inadequate to cool the room. Upon first arrival it took 8 hours to cool the room. I called maintentance thinking the a/c was malfunctioning, but was assured it was operating properly.
The accommdations for smokers is not convenient. The only areas available are at the swimming pool, or the bar area. Neither area has a/c.

We booked three rooms and all the rooms has got some issue - telephone between the rooms were not working, the toilet bowl was chocked as the flush system was not working,safety deposit box was not functioning,the lights were blinking non stop and the hot flask kettle was not working as well and we couldn't get wifi connection in the rooms at all.
