outdated and dark depressing rooms

i was expecting much more from the looks of the pictures on the website. but they showed me the room which was very dark and smelled musty. they also wanted a 1000p deposit which was a first for me.
Shopping Tip:
mall is right across the road, but walking through the neighborhood takes guts

Under renovation. Few rooms but comfortable stay

Came here to meet a friend. Flight arrival time was early in the morning. Hence the choice for this hotel.
It's a basic hotel and has airport transfer (chargeable). However, my flight arrival was about 4am. It's worth that little price instead of being stranded.
Nevertheless, there is a mall close to it. You can basically get most the amenities around the corner. My friend and I took a taxi to nearby SM Cebu City for meals.
Shopping Tip:
Go to SM Cebu City. About 150 peso if I remember correctly.
Always go with metered taxi.

the location is good, clean, nice view, near to a mall.

We are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The staff are nice, helpful and friendly. The room is nice, clean and the bed is comfortable. The view of our room is nice. The location is good, very convenient. We will definately come back to this hotel again on our next visit.

Nice reception, around the clock guard. The location (Lapulapu) is fine if you can take a 20 minute taxi ride to f.e. Ayala Mall into consideration. On the other hand it is just a few minutes from the airport and minutes from a multiple restaurants center featuring a variety of cuisines.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Good service good people, location is good as in front of large shopping center. Room is not small not bigger, just my size, I though good arrangement of room desk, interia. Inviting friend to the room easy. Problem is not hot water show comming down, and drainage of toilet water leakage all night so noisy, I advised staff, and if it is cleared, hotel is good.

this hotel is wonderful. very small hotel thats located on the 3rd floor (above a bar). be sure to have address or landmarks because most cab drivers have not heard of it. great place if cleanliness and service is at the top of your list. also, location is good, television as about 50-60 great channels in english.

very hard to find , some taxi drivers had no idea, needed to explain it was near the shopping center and opposite the petronis petrol station. inside the rooms are well thought out ,spacious and have good tv with lots of channels. rooms are very clean with fridge , snacks, tea coffee and superb aircon.staff are helpful and the laundry service good.the breakfast is served in the cafe/restaurant/bar just outside the hotel. the food is good and prices for food/drinks reasonable. you pay for what you get and this hotel in a strange area has clean rooms very good beds and was well worth the money.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get a set of directions sent, and its worth setting off 20 mins earlier if like me you wanted to be near the airport. the hotel is on a dual carrige way and taxis have to go down to the traffic lights before they can turn for the airport.
