Good hotel but few facilities

Good location but no lift and we had to go to the 4th floor. Also didn't have a restaurant, a pool or any other facilities.

very good price. i think this hotel is the best value for money if you take a superior room. we enjoyed our stay. reception very polite. the meals were a good size and although the cooking was good and clean overall the meals were also served a little slowly as well as not very tasty.
Hotel Feature Tip:
book the 'superior' - well worth it - you also get a room with a view. remember to skip the breakfast - its not too palateable !

I stayed in room with windows for 3nights and 1night in none windows room.
Room condition was great and big as well. but some rooms do not have windows..... if you can not stay in rooms with windows, you should find another hotel.....
Shopping Tip:
It takes about 30min to Ayala mall.

the hotel is friendly for the travelers with small kids, i love the room size very spacious and very clean and so as the toilet. the bed is big enough for 3 people,clean and very comfy. breakfast is ok not enough choices.
Shopping Tip:
very close to gaisano mall, right across the street.

Bizarre hotel without bathroom door

Our experience staying in this hotel can only be described as bizarre. The room we got had only a flimsy curtain to cover the bathroom/toilet area.
Other than that, the rooms were clean (except for one that reeked of stale cigarette smoke), and the airport transfers timely and efficient. The hotel is also conveniently situated across the road from a mall, and has a decent restaurant.
Travel tip:
Not recommended for extended stay.

Very comfortable room with a view!

There is no elevator but they brought up/down the luggages for us. We requested for early breakfast to catch up with our flight and they accommodated. They served too much for breakfast! we requested for additional pillow, soap, coffee and they were prompt and helpful.The room was surprisingly big overlooking the bridges of Mactan, and a few minutes away from the airport.
Shopping Tip:
We realized we needed some sweaters for our trip and Gaisano Mall across the street had everything we needed and more. It was tricky to cross though so be careful.

Close location to the airport

We stayed there for two nights. Hotel is 10 min away from the airport so no need to ask for transfer if arriving late - just take a taxi.
Rooms located on the third floor of the building, there is no elevator so ... not nice to carry bags if luggage is heavy.
Rooms are nice, big, clean - felt quite comfortable.
Breakfast was so so - better and faster to eat smth outside. They cooked our breakfast for 30 min or so... next day we asked to cook faster as we were abt to leave for the airport.
