Service with a smile with modern rooms

my wife and i only stayed one night, but we would have been comfortable staying longer. the front desk was friendly and when we said we are off to our honeymoon in the morning. they reminded us about their free shuttle. we checked in during the evening and their shuttle service was not available so they paid for a taxi to shuttle us to the airport. the queen size bed was soft and hugged the backs of us. very relaxing.
Shopping Tip:
Giasonao mall is across the street. anything you want is right at your fingertips. Great food outside of the hotel. The breakfast is a voucher for a restaurant across the center from the hotel. The food is delicious!!!!

Location close to airport and across from mall

Good location near the airport but air conditioner does not work well and ants are in the rooms. It is right across the Gaisano Mall Mactan, so it is very convenient to eat and shop. I would only stay here for short stays, otherwise it is better to go into the downtown Cebu area like the Cebu Parklane International Hotel.

Just had a grand old time at this place. The room is nice and big and the staff members are very nice. The place is modern and food is great. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to say in Cebu.

big rooms, worth your money

we booked dulcinea suites because of the great reviews that we have read online. we were expecting a new hotel but were quite disappointed to find that it was located in an old building. the hotel lobby was located at the third floor of a building, and it took us around 20 minutes to check it. i dont know why it took the staff about a long time, but when the room was finally ready, we just checked in and left. when we returned we were shocked to see that the second floor of the building had like a bar of some sort, only to find out that it was a gay bar. there was also kareoke at the building in front of the hotel, so this hotel is not recommended for light sleepers. overall the experience was okay. breakfast was served across the hotel (where the karaoke was the night before). the staff were courteous and friendly.

When you walk up stairs to finally get to hotel, you have a feeling of foreboding, but once in foyer, staff friendly and rooms big and clean. They could supply a few more towels is my only criticism. Even the breakfast place looked a bit shady, but had great coffee and a really nice filling breakfast, which is included.

This has been my second stay there this year, which in itself is a recommendation. So I've said all the positive things before. But I was impressed when the mandatory deposit of 500 pesos on check-in was waived, because they knew me!
Highly recommended for comfort, service, location and excellent value for price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Most of the sight-seeing you can arrange yourself, if you know a Local. Taxis are cheap and you can do all the trips to the places of note as listed in places of interest, things to do. Travel Agent in Mall across the road can arrange days trips, like to Bohol, excellent day out. Buses from south Terminal go to beaches, some a two hour ride. Week days is quiet on the beaches. Week ends enjoyable too but busy with locals.

Very nice place to stay in Lapu-lapu City. I will stay there again. Everyone was very nice. Free wifi worked and breakfast was included and was good. I recommend.

I have stayed at the hotel twice now and would definitely recommend to all who are staying in the Cebu / Mactan area. The staff is very friendly and I really like the restaurant. The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed and a nice TV. The price is right for this hotel. I am very impressed!
