A really nice hotel with great staff and the suite rooms are huge. Good satellite TV, the wifi is adequate and the room service menu also good.
Unfortunately the aircon in my suite broke down which made my last nights stay there very uncomfortable. The staff supplied fans but it was still way too hot.
I would stay there again due to its good location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The SM Mall is huge and worth a look... but the traffic in Cebu is getting worse. Chaos

I was impressed with the hotel during my first stay the last visit. Room is clean with centrally located hotel.
Bad experienced encountered with one of the same group management staff. Very arrogant and rude staff named Ace Go.

Dulcinea hotel boasts luxury sleeps for its guests and visitors. The rooms and facilities in the hotel truly offer luxury stay as the king sized bed and clean bathrooms (w/ bathtub) welcome us. The staffs are helpful and attentive as well. The room is exceptional.

nice hotel room, spacious then expected and not carpeted,which i think is much better. the room looks bigger and brighter, the only thing is it does not have an elevator. it would have been nicer for travellers with an international flight to appreciate the hotel if there was an elevator, due to the huge luggages we have. the staff are friendly and the service ride they provide from the hotel to the airport is on time, unlike with the waterfront hotel and casino, which was a big dissappointment.

i stayed overnight, the room is clean and the facilities are well maintained. the staff are accomodating and offered me option for a packed sandwich for breakfast 'coz i have booked an early flight and can't avail the free breakfast.
