None of my requests were followed nor satisfied. Room facilities and room service was very bad. Our room stinks, smelled cigar smoke all day even if their building was smoke free. Bed was very small given we're a family of 4. Not recommnended for families with small kids. Not worth it!

Staffs are friendly and they will teach you directions if you will ask them. Fast housekeeping. Near to SM and nightlife. Easy access to public transportation.g
