Our stay is very pleasant and great value of the money .. It's a little bit out of your way from the airport however , if you are looking for great place to stay this is the place . I was recommended this hotel by a friend who assured me its great and very cheap. Having previously stayed in Mactan on many occasions I was looking forward to discovering my new regular hotel there.
To cut a long story short, the location was poor, with no food / drink / ATMs within walking distance. The only option is to take a taxi. This would soon negate the cheap price of the room after a few trips.
The room was small, sterile and claustrophobic. It had not been properly cleaned, with the previous occupants toothbrush and shower gel sachet still in the bathroom.

the location of the hotel is just 10 minutes from mactan airport, but not in a nice area. you will need a taxi to go everywhere. the hotel is pretty new and the price is right for what you get. the room are small, but clean. the breakfast is included, even though it is just an egg and toasts. overall, i would suggest this hotel for 1 or 2 nights in cebu

Good location near airport, really small rooms

A bit difficult to find the location, considering local taxi drivers are quite confused about where it is located. I recommend to all travelers to do what I did, pick up a local SIM card at the airport. At least then, you can call the hotel and pass the phone on to the driver, so he can be directed correctly.
The rooms are tiny. The toilet and shower is even tinier. Any body around 6 feet tall, will find it tough. Room was clean enough. TV was functional. Air con was functional.
The best part is the pricing and the fact that it includes breakfast in the fare. Very basic breakfast, but suffices.

Best feature is the location to local airport, especially for early morning flights. it was good for the price. The room was clean and acceptable. Although their food was not that great, had no window to outside and had almost no space.

The inn is located in a not so familiar area and taxi drivers are not yet familiar with it. However transportation from the inn is not difficult because hotel staff will assist you in finding your preferred mode of transportation (tricycle or taxi)

A simple place to stay but with a great service

A small hotel but people have a big "S" - service to give with the customer. It was a quite rainy when I have arrived Express Inn - Mactan. The security personnel immediately open the taxi where I'm riding. He took my things at the taxi compartment and brought at the reception area. The staff at the lobby were very accommodating, the guard/crew directed one guy to help me bring my things to the room assigned to me. This was a great experienced from your hotel. Thank you.
