I was satisfied but not really ecstatic. The hotel is located in an isolated area, a residential community and very far from commercial establishments.

It was just pleasant as the hotel is undermanned. One lady mans the front desk that does everything as best as she can ~ answering phone inquiries, answering room service, attending to the checking in and outs, informing the housekeeping etc etc. The room boy that brought my bag is the same guy that fixed the toilet seat when I called the front desk about it ~ which was attended to after an hour and a half. Staff are polite and very hospitable. Room is clean.

Poor location
Only 2 things, the staff at least were nice and the availability of wifi and that's it.

This hotel was not a good choice. There's nothing much to see in the area, no restaurants except the hotel resto, only available transportation is the tricycle and you need to haggle for the fare or else they will charge excessively, the only shopping is Gaisano which is small and not really near. The room flooring has no tiles just cement, same with the bathroom. no cabinets too.

stay there if your flight is next morning. The wifi doesn't work in the room but you can use pc at the reception. Short ride by taxi from the airport around100 pesos. They been late with wake up call.hotel is in small street. You need a taxi everywhere.

This airport is in a run down section of cebu. At night I would not walk around by nyself however it is close to the airport.
