just rigt
near airport, clean and budget hotel

since the price is not expensive, we didnt expect a lot. but its just the right room we wanted. they can accomodate late check inn, though their resto was no longer open and we are very hungry, they call mc donalds delivery for us instead.
the room is not actually meant for adult children, its quiet small.. but they still allow us without extra charge.
It has free wifi, good aircon and hot and cold shower.. near d airport and near plantation bay..

Hotel not too near to the Airport

A hotel with basic facilities in a narrow lane not too near to airport. Taxi fare costs 100 Peso and not easy to hail taxi back to airport.
Wifi did not work in room. It was very noisy for rooms to the street. There is no partition betwween the bath and the water closet as a result the toilet gets very wet after bath.

Good location but small rooms without windows

Felt uncomfortable in enclosed spaces. The rooms have no windows, and for us it was a serious problem. Awake all night from lack of oxygen. Woke up tired and sleepy. Breakfast is poor and not tasty. We were hungry. Hotel may be suitable for one night before flying to another island. You can not relax in this hotel.

my parents and i stayed at the hotel while waiting for our next flight. we got the family room. it was clean but small for a family room. there was one double bed and one single bed placed side by side.
breakfast was included but don't expect much of it.
staff were courteous.
Shopping Tip:
You can take a cab to the city center (ask the hotel staff to call a cab for you) where Ayala and SM malls are located. There you will have a lot of shopping options.

We needed a place to stay for the night while we wait for our early flight to Manila.
Pros: The hotel looked new. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Room was clean. Great hot shower.
Cons: Located in a residential neighborhood which seemed seedy. Though it was quiet.
There was a glass panel on the wall separating the beds from the bathroom. Whoever takes a shower can be seen by anybody on the bed. So we had to cover the glass panel with a shawl for privacy.
Travel tip:
If you need a place to stay for the night to take an early flight out of Mactan airport, this would be a good hotel. Good price and close to the airport.
Your survey required me to reply to the food and dining option, I put "3" because I was not able to try their food at all.

It is near the airport, less than P100 by taxi. Really value for money with its modern features and cleanliness. It was my first time to stay and would definitely choose an Express Inn again in the future.

the hotel itself was clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful. however, the rooms were small and the wifi was just terrible. the location of the hotel is also not pleasant. not only are the streets narrow but the the hotel is surrounded by poor housing community so it can be an eye sore.

This hotel gives value for your money. Some taxi drivers might not know the location of the hotel. For reference you can say that's it's near the cemetery and you can accesss it via Humay humay. You can see sign boards in the Humay humay street to guide you to the hotel. You can ride a tricycle or you can walk back to the main road if you're up for an adventure so you can go back to the main road. You can also ask the receptionist to fetch a taxi for you. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
