The room and bathroom were dirty.
nothing is good in this place.

There is no elevator, no drinking glasses in the room and when we try to borrow glasses staff told us they didn't have it, very disappointing.

Very disappointing cause nothing was great in this place, no elevator, dirty room specially the bathroom. There was no drinking glasses and when we try to borrow two glasses, they just told us they don't have any.

very tiny room, but they do not provide tv control, and only expect to use foxtel/sky.
the reception is modest, a 1-2 star, convenient if have a car, as personal car park avalable.
staff is polite...
downfall, room a bit too tight, the noise is very loud from the street, and contruction work, and the bed materass is thick plastic covered with a thin sheet, and tiny blanket, so that one swets on the materass and the noisy air con freezes the other side of the body.

The location was a problem for me personally as it was too far away from Cebu Central City area which I desire for business.

Poor room, stinking bedcovers with coackroach

The suites are in a terrible unsafe area. Directly after we arrived in the poor room with stinking bedcovers a cockroach of over 5 cm walked in the room.
We have left the room instantly. Unfortunately we had booked for 4 nights and the money was already deducted from my card (opposite of what they say in the agode site...) and there was NO refund and NO apology from neither the organization or Agoda. A real shame!
We strongly advise you NOT to book these suites. There are much better deals in better area's in Cebu for better prices and with better customer service.

The first room I was assigned had dirty towels in the closet, spit in the sink, was dirty, and smelled of smoke. Although I asked for a new room and it was much better. Perfectly clean and smelled fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no elevator which wasn't a big deal for me. There is a gated parking lot that is safe, but it is needed because there are squaters in the area. I parked my scooter right at the front door with my helmet locked to it and I went inside for 30 minutes and came back out to find that my helmet had been ripped right off of the lock. So secure your valubles when you are staying there...or at least park inside the gate and always lock your door.
My stay was good except for the squaters stealing my helmet. I guess I've just learned the hard way like most other foreigners
Shopping Tip:
It's near Country mall and Ayala mall and 5 minutes from J Mall and only 10-15 minutes away from SM City mall. Right behind University of Cebu.

로비 직원들 상냥하고 벨보이들 항상 미소로 응답합니다!!
하우스 키퍼들 인사성 너무 좋구요 호텔 일층 일식집도 맛있습니다.
대체적으로 깨끗하고 아얄라 에스엠 쇼핑몰 가깝구요.
택시도 잘 잡힙니다.

- 객실내 안전금고(우리나라 옛날 케비넷, 열쇠는 프론트에 달라고 하세요)
- 샤워 수압 많이 약함
- 와이파이, 통화 잘 안 터지는 객실 있슴(1층 기준)
- 천천히 걸어(로컬 동네 통과)10분 거리에 가이사노 몰(졸라비,마트 이용 가능,로드충전,식료품 구매,적당한 식당들 있음)
- 요구사항들에 대해 최대한 도움 주려는 친절한 직원들
- 이동시 택시를 주로 이용(큰길하고 떨어져 있습니다)
- 망고스트릿과는 거리가 좀 있습니다.
