The stay was great, the staff were very competent and pleasant. just a minor thing the housekeeping did not thoroughly clean the under side of the beds where most dirt and dust accumulate. other than that, the over-all experience was great

My husband and me, arrived at around 5:00 AM. We knew that it is too early to check-in to the hotel but we tried our luck.
We approach the front-desk staff and informed her that we purchase this room online through Agoda. And suprisingly they accomodate us.
Firstly, they informed us that the room that we booked is still occupied and no more empty room for that room type. So instead, they provided us a clean-up room, at least we have a room to stay while waiting for the check-in time. We are quite happy as well even the clean-up room is not that big but at least we were able to take a nap while waiting for a vacant room.
Restaurant Tip:
Must try the STK restaurant.

i booked this hotel for 3 days and extended for 5 days, end of 5 days i want to stay another 5 days but unfortunately hotel was fully book. i will never hesitate to recommended this place. reasonable rooms and close to ayala. mainly staff attitude towards clients are unbelievable. great staff including the security guard. i will return to this hotel again. breakfast is mainly design to philippine clients. there is no choice for western clients. but over all very good hotel and great staff.
Travel tip:
ayala center is couple of blocks away. good restaurants and good shopping place. if you interesting night bar just one block away from hotel

I stay at Golden Prince Hotel regularly and always enjoy my time re. The desk staff are charming and could not be more helpful. The rooms are pleasant and serviced well. Breakfast is excellent and the general atmosphere is business like and efficient. I love strolling across to the mall which is just five minute away. I will be back soon!

I had fun walking to the mall because it was a walking distance and a great exercise for me. Everything was accessible. The night life, the restaurant, and of course the shopping, which was very affordable.
Shopping Tip:
shopping to ayala mall is just a walk away. all the restaurants inside the mall.

this hotel is a great value for your money. the bed was large and comfy. staff friendly and helpful. the location is ideal for getting around cebu city; ayala mall is just a couple minutes walk away. the shortcomings include an early cut-off to the buffet breakfast and a not so brilliant shower. there is a computer with internet access provided for guests in the lobby, which is a nice convenience. overall, i enjoyed my stay and would stay again in the future.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The in-room massage is a good value and the masseuses are professional.
