There was a sort of miscommunication regarding our booking. However, the desk personnel immediately acted on it and we were then transferred to a nearby hotel without extra cost. A job well done!

THis hotel had a good reliable wifi in the room and was free of charge. The location was very close to the Ayala Centre. Considering the taxis being relatively cheap it was agood base to go anywhere. Hotel had a nice little restaurant with quality meal, though the prices not I would call cheap. I ordered fries which were very nicely done as well as the Filipino fish dish. I found the food quality good. Breakfast was also OK considering the price. Overall you will have no problems staying here

I have stayed here several times now and I have never been disappointed. The hotel is a stone's throw from the Ayala Centre and so ideally located, The staff are friendly and very efficient and the rooms clean and well serviced. This hotel has no fancy facilities but it is an ideal base for central Cebu and I recommend it.
Shopping Tip:
Hit the Ayala Centre! It's one of the nicest places to shop in the world.

Even if it wasn't check in time yet, they really took time and effort to check us in and let us settle. The hotel room size was just right and it was so nice and clean. Not to mention, you can even just walk to Ayala Mall. And the breakfast buffet was yummy! You won't get bored. Overall, good customer service. My family and I would definitely check-in this hotel again.
Restaurant Tip:
Check-in on the rate which includes breakfast. You could save more that way than checking in w/o it. For if you decide to eat breakfast in its resto, it could cost you more.

The hotel had great service and was helpful. They offered tours. If the tour was not available, they got taxi drivers to drive you around instead. The staff was great.
The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was ok. You could get eggs, a little bit of fruit, some other foods, but there was nothing that stood out.
The room itself was OK. We were there 5 days, and 4 of them had eh internet, and 1 day the wireless worked great. The room was clean overall, but the bathroom could have been better. The ...whats it called...white stuff between the tiles was not white. It had mold on it. The air conditioner worked great. The room size was good. We got a free upgrade to a larger room because there was a leak in the room that we had actually paid for.
I didn't feel particularly safe in Cebu, but this hotel had a great location. It's in what I consider to be a safe area.
Yes, I would stay there again...the bathroom wasn't that bad, but it needed improvement.
