great hotel and nice location

staff are friendly and very accomodating. the room are clean although its small.the location is easier to every where you go mostly downtown area. walking distance from malls, supermarket, nightlife and schools.the great things is that just near to my daughter dormetory.

Its location was very convenient, near the landmarks, malls and the bus station. The staff were very friendly abd accomodating. The wifi is not always working and there is no on duty IT staff.

An "OK" Hotel
comfortable but small; location of for locals but maybe not for foreigners -- a little crowded

A Hotel of accommodating staff

Upon alighted in the taxi, the hotel people greet you with a smile and really assures the comfort and conveniennce for their guests. The receptionist is quick to take requests and in my experience when I reuqested for my lunch, the preparation was fast and their food is really tasty. I have tried their baby back ribs with orange lemon, very delicious. The room is clean and the whole place is quiet. It's easy to get a cab to where you go around the city.
Shopping Tip:
There are a lot of malls just nearby and the guest can just take a walk.

i like this hotel, the price was right, the staff was so very helpful from the front desk and restaurant staff to the security and house keeping. their wifi was inconsistent, but each time i would ask for help i would get it. i wanted extra towels and soap and they brought both with no charge or questions asked. i did reserve a deluxe room but there was no refrigerator, odd. but they offered to upgrade my room or bring me a refrigerator to plug into my deluxe room, for no charge. the restaurant offered a limited free breakfast with my room, and the food came cold both mornings, so i sent it back, as my eggs and toast were not warm, much less hot. the last day their i ordered lunch and was well over charged for the proportions received, even though the food had great visual presentation! the area around this hotel is very seedy, and many rough characters hang around on the streets around this location. this hotel sits between downtown and uptown. closer to downtown than uptown. downtown cebu city is filthy-dirty, and so are the people who roam the streets. i would only suggest this hotel, due to location to ret. military personnel who can handle themselves, or to anyone who can be in their room before dark!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Nice, clean, friendly with GREAT Service, but very bad part of town, and never did I feel safe after dark !!!!
