they didnt let us have a early check-in. the staffs are very helpful in giving some directions and where to go in cebu. and good thing is they let us to have a late check-out.

the danggit however is a must try. very yummy!

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Great location, excellent facilities.

Its so clean and smells brand new, especially the staff were very kind and accomodating. From early evening onwards, having red wine, enjoying the fresh air and fantastic view from the roof deck bar was so romantic. The buffet breakfast was superb. The hotel's location is a 15 minute brisk walk to Ayala center and The Terraces, but taking a cab is better, costing an average of 50 bucks. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
You don't have to go far for shopping, dining, nightlife as The Ayala center and The Terraces are nearby.

we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. room was very good, as they advertised on agoda. the breakfast included various kinds of food - staffs were friendly, hospitable, and helpful (both front desh and restaurant). it location in convenient to go to all attractions: 10 minutes by walk to ayala center (however, in evening, should take a taxi for safety). you can take jeepney to downtown (just stand in front of the hotel or at the road on the side of the hotel and wait about 5 mins). there is a lovely pizza shop nearby (3 mins by walk) named la bella napoli and a bar where you can have a drink and take some local foods with reasonable price (both shops).

first trip to cebu but wouldnt be the last, harolds hotel is excellent with all the expectations and more. very friendly staff and great service.food was good so do the bar on the of the hotel. big comfortable room with nice finishing.
would definitely stay there on my next trip
