Harolds hotel is a very nice hotel. We had a good experience better than other five star hotel in the area. The room was spacious, the king size bed was very comfortable which me & my husband had a good night sleep. Linens & towels with very white & clean, toiletries are complete. The rooms is fully equipped with hair dryer, iron & board, safe & fridge. I booked for one night stay but upon check-in my husband requested to extend for another day which is worth every penny.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Breakfast was very enjoyable with a variety of food from Asia & Continental dishes. At night you can go up to their top floor to listen to their live band.

Best business hotel in the region.
New hotel, clean and with excellent service for a reasonable price.

we were satisfied with harold's hotel. location is near ayala mall and transportation is not a problem. the service maybe compared to that of a five star hotel. this hotel is so far the best business hotel in cebu having great value for money. the bed, linens & towels were very clean. the room was well equipped with safe, hair dryer, iron & board & fridge. breakfast was excellent having mixed varities of asian & continental food. i would recommend this hotel to my friends. will surely return to this hotel in my next trip to cebu.

The hotel is near Ayala Mall in Cebu.

Nice, modern hotel

Harolds Hotel is a fairly new hotel with big, clean, modern rooms with LCD tvs. It is about a 10 minute walk from Ayala Mall and there is a decent, inexpensive Thai massage place next door. There is no pool but the staff are friendly and the breakfast is OK.

The location is centrally located. Food is great. Roof deck has a bar. Rooms are clean. Since it is almost a brand new hotel, facilities are clean.

one of the best hotels in cebu that have a good access to the restaurants, taxi, establishment and most especially shopping. services in the hotel was fast, one call away and they are at your doorsteps bringing your requests. the staff were visitors friendly, greeting you with a big smile on their face. the room including the toilet sand shower area were equipped with everything that we need. most of all the hotel is vey secured, because it is equipped with camera. i feel very relaxed and i really did enjoy our stay at harolds. love it!!
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is just 10-15 minutes away from Ayala Mall.

Nice Hotel and good value but Harrods imitation!

The hotel has a suberb roof terrace which is ruined by cold and nasty blue lighting. It does not open till after 6pm which is a real waste.
The location is strange as its a bit of a backwater

Nice big rooms but not that close to Ayala Mall

if you're looking for a very nice, comfortable room and don't mind a 10-15 minute walk to ayala mall, then this is the place to stay. there is no swimming pool at the hotel either. breakfast is okay, but the best breakfast buffet is at parklane international that is close to ayala mall but the rooms are not as nice.

the room is perfect for a business traveller. there is internet access. the staff converse in english very well. the room is spacious. split type aircon in room so one is able to regulate room temperature. although the buffet selection is limited, it has native delicacies that tourists will appreciate. the bathroom is spacious and complete with necessary toiletries. the bed sheets are clean. the bed is very comfortable to sleep in.
