We liked our stay, beds are a lot nicer from the hotel we stayed the night before we transferred to Harold's. But they don't have a swimming pool. Breakfast buffet has very few choices of food. Kids don't eat free.:-)

I loved my stay here, staff are friendly, clean hotel, big rooms. If there is more than one guest staying in the room i suggest you have own key to carry all the time since the elevator doesnt function if you dont swipe your key card. The reception gave us one card only and it was not very convenient to use the lift since we have to ask the staff to swipe their card everytime for us. Other than that everything is very good.

The hotel is very nice for the price. We were given a free upgrade from superior to deluxe room. Deluxe is super spacious and modern room..breakfast is the downside....not much option and not delicious..well that si according to our taste and it may differ to everyone else.
Restaurant Tip:
Ayala is just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants there or take a taxi to SM and food court is much cheaper and plenty of choices....please be careful with your bags and valuables when you're in a crowd..pick pocketers/snatchers are everywhere in every corner of this world.

One of the best hotels I have every stayed at in any country. The rooms were really modern, internet connection and cord at desk level, with lots of elec outlets. Great bed and furniture and bathroom, with everything you need. The room has a fancy flashlight....trust me when I say you won't believe it. Then they gave us one room key, so if I had to leave (and you need your room card to operate the elevator) and take the room key, all the power dies.??? so filipino!! Anyway, the bellhops and supervisor were really great too. They don't smother you, but will help in anything you need....like hail you a good taxi. The price was great for the value. NO pool, but it is downtown Cebu. If you have business in downtown Cebu, this is the one.
Shopping Tip:
Take a taxi everywhere. Large Mall a dollar or 2 away.

We requested for an early check-in but the receptionist said that their rooms were fully-booked. Waited at the lobby for almost an hour before we were finally given a room.
Service needs some improvement but it's bearable given the price.
Overall stay was good.

The rooms were nice; excellent service from the hotel's staff; food was good.
Travel tip:
An almost perfect hotel with a few flaws. If you stay during "high occupancy" you will only be given one key card. This is difficult especially if you are staying with someone since you will be needing the key card to access the elevator. Also, the hotel does not have a complementary pick up and drop off to the airport.

Great Location with Friendly Staff

About 30 mins away from Mactan International Airport. Cab ride is anywhere between. Free early check-in is possible at noon. You will be charged for check-in earlier than noon. Agoda site mentioned that airport transfer is included however I learned at the airport that it's not include for the room I booked. It was okay though. Cab ride is hassle free. A lot of jeepneys and taxis pass by the hotel which makes it easy to get around. Room is clean, location is quite peaceful despite being in an intersection. There is a BPI branch right across. Staff is extremely helpful. Buffet breakfast selection was good and it would have been nice to have some local food. Hotel food price is affordable. Room is very clean with the basic features of a modern hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The jeeps are coded/numbered which makes it easy for one to get around. Take the 17B to Magellan's cross, Plaza Indepedencia and Fort San Pedro for some sigh-seeing. The same jeep will get you to the busy circle where you can find Robinson's Cybergate Mall, Shamrock and the Crown Regency for the Skywalk Adventure.
