the rooms were great. fantastic staff, restful atmosphere
lacking in other activities for you to do...
went there together with my wife. i was amazed how the staff were friendly and very helpful. the rooms were great though the balcony was rather small.. we really had a restful stay foram much needed peace and quiet. the food was just average yet they were kinda expensive. there are food shops near the hotel if you are looking for cheap food.

to expensive breakfast,restaurants way to expensive,hoteltaxi is 6 times the normal price
we stayed for a week,long enough,the restaurants are way to expensive,food is good that yes,and take care price is always without vat,even the special events,the garden is nice but the beach is very small,the spasession are nice but so so big mony,for 2 persons 2 houres more than 10000 pesos,crazyo,ly the friendly staff ,not all of them make it worth a visit,you can find better hotels for the same price

the wiew from the room was marvelous.
the food menu is limited and the price is too expensive.
it's not bad but ok. the beach is a little small but the wiew from the room is nice. the problem is the restaurant. the menu is limited especially about the local food. they are over priced also.

good view, good beach, good environment
most of the staff are nice
have mango prepared in my room! Love it
need to take 45mins taxi to reach SM mall
Hotel cars are very expensive
there is nothing else nearby
a 2-night stay in Hilton Cebu resort and spa gives me a pretty relaxing and comfortable holiday refreshing my tiring working life.
it only takes 3 mins i can go to have sunbath and a nice beach
Besides, the room is great with a balcony that i could have a super seaview when i am having a cup of coffee
Compare with its price, i think they do the right things, not too cheap nor too expensive, u will get what u pay
Overall is a pretty good and enjoyable stay (except the traveling time)

moved to Hilton from the Shangri La and got really disappointed, this is a terrible standard hotel with nothing extra to give. old, dirty and totally without any charm and elegance, do not go here if u have any other possibility

Staff is very accommodating. Rooms are very clean. Nice atmosphere.
Location. Getting to it you have to go through sections of the Philippines that are very poor. Makes you feel bad you're staying in a nice hotel.
While I did enjoy my stay at the Hilton, the location is somewhat depressing. Getting there you have to go through sections of the Mactan that make you feel kinda bad you're staying in a nice hotel. The hotel itself was fine. Though I asked specifically for a Smoking Room when I booked, which I did not get, I was still able to smoke on the balcony. It's a nice hotel. Relaxing. Anyone staying here, would enjoy it.

Rooms not sound proof. Lots of noise coming from inside & outside the building. No proper curtains in the bedroom. First light of the day will wake you up (much earlier than you want to).
Hotel Feature Tip : Shangri-La hotel is next door.

Fantastic staff, really helpful all the times. Rooms are nice and clean, but for those who like carpets: there's no carpet in the room
Restaurant Tip : There's a restaurant just 5 minutes walking distance from the resort (La Taverna) which offers great food with affordable prices.

I did not expect the best service. The rooms are in view but was clean.
Beach, pool is smaller than I thought. If you are not out of the hotel is probably quite short.
When I arrived at the service (drinks and hand towels) to refresh our weary of a long plane. Since UTSUTTA to other hotels, but one night, I think about a problem that night. However, if you do not go out of the hotel, swimming pool, a small beach, so I pretty short. Special point is particularly disappointing that there was food.
