safe deposit, mini fridge, hot and cold water, large flat screen TV, balcony. All this in a budget accommodation price bracket. Safe local environment, on a busy street and very close to airport so there is some noise. Staff were excellent. Thank You.

Nice place to stay, very near to the airport....This hotel is just accessible. There is also a pizza parlor just beside the hotel so anytime you feel hungry, order right away and it will be delivered straight to your room. Also, if you like to request for additional thing like pillow, request granted for free. Aircon is cool and the tv set is ok. Generally, my family enjoyed our stay in this hotel...
Travel tip:
This hotel is affordable....so accessible and very practical to stay....

Older, budget hotel but in good working order

booked suite room, however the room and price were more like a deluxe room in most hotels. room was older and budget looking, but everything was working ok. tile floor, a/c, hot water, flat screen tv, fridge, bottled water provided. busy, lower income neighborhood, many shops and a mall within walking distance. nice, efficient staff.

ride from airport took about 30 minutes. outside of the hotel and neighborhood where rougher looking than i expected. while looking down market everything in the hotel was in good working order. friendly, helpful staff. good wifi connection in the room. pizza shop downstairs, local mall within walking distance. overall good for a short budget stay.

short ride from the airport. the rooms are small but adequate and the air conditioning seems to work well. everything seemed to work well. stayed on the 3rd floor for 4 nights and i was comfortable. the very friendly receptionist also doubles as the breakfast chef and is happy to make you a basic breakfast of coffee, sausage, egg and warm filipino style croissant. beer and soft drinks are available downstairs and are fairly priced. enjoyed my stay even though i was only there mostly at night.
Shopping Tip:
Exit the hotel and turn Left and walk about 300 meters and you will find the Gaisano Mall. Nice supermarket there with lots of shops on 3 floors. The normal Jollibee and Chow King are there as well as other eateries.
