Small room but great amenities

i will have to say that the room is small. the lavatory is so tiny that it is hard to use. it's weird too that they don't provide the basic toothbrush and toothpaste. they only have soap and shampoo. even cheap motels provide cheap disposable toothbrush and shampoo. what makes this tolerable is that hotel cesario's staff are very courteous and we get to enjoy the amenities of their sister hotel which is located next door - free hotel transfer, buffet breakfast, swimming pool.
we stayed at hotel cesario as hotel transfer for our next day trip to plantation bay and it is so convenient that they have this cafe cesario in the airport where we can just go to for our transfer back to and from the hotel. i do not regret choosing for our family to stay here before and after our plantation bay stay.
the next time we travel back to cebu, i will choose to stay at hotel cesario again.

Enjoy the buffet breakfast, the pool and the hotel transfers. Five minutes away from the airport.

The room was disgusting, noisy, you can hear the occupants on the room on top of us walking around. The room smelled, no wi/fi, you have to go to the hotel attached.

The best thing about this hotel was the free airport transfer, but it had to go through some tedious process to find out who and how to contact them. Breakfast was so-so and the rooms were so old! I never expected the rooms to be that bad. But luckily for me, its just one night and I went off. One more thing, their showers do not have heaters, nightmare.

Unfortunately, the room that was assigned to me wasn't that great. The aircon was so noisy and some of the light switch is not working. There is no free WiFi in the room, you have to go to the lobby of it's sister hotel (located besides the hotel). But the breakfast seems to be nice and the location is quite near the airport.

The room is big and good airconditioning. The problems we had is the room looks dark and old, they use yellow lights and there are "gamo-gamo" (i think, not sure) inside the room and black ants inside the bathroom sink. Its also hard to turn on the lights. Maybe, they should start getting rid of those insects and start using white energy saving lights to make the room feel refreshing. The staffs should learn to smile too. As for the other amenities, no problem.

Good location, good service for budget

The hotel is for the budget traveler or for people who wish to stay somewhere near the airport for an early flight. The airport is 5 minutes away (we timed it, it really is 5 minutes away!) and the hotel provides free airport transfers.
We spent about pesos per night for the economy room (that's for three people. we paid for the extra bed), which is not really bad considering that a breakfast buffet is included.
The room and bathroom is small, but that's because we booked the economy room. I'm not sure what the standard room looks like, so I can't really tell.
Also, the road outside the hotel is a highway, so it's easy to get jeeps for cheaper commutes. The hotel can easily flag down a taxi for you as well.
Overall, it was a good stay. We did get our money's worth.
Restaurant Tip:
Zubochon restaurant is only a few minutes away. You can cross the street from the hotel and ride any jeep. Their lechon is a must-try! You can also bring home their lechon. The restaurant will pack it for you in a way that you can easily bring it with you on your flight.
