Great service, good price, nice location.

We availed of the triple bed room with free buffet for 3. We enjoyed our stay and was able to use the gym facilities as well as the veranda. The place has a nice location that's near Ayala Center.
Staff were helpful and hotel is new. check-in and check-out was also quick.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
On the 3rd floor veranda, you can see the Crown Regency Hotel where you can try Sky Adventures. Very fun!

I like the triple room that includes breakfast for 3 as well. I appreciate the simple and detailed interior. It is right beside the mall and taking a taxi is very convenient too. The mattress was little hard though.

Good, solid choice in downtown Manila. Conveniently located near a small shopping center. Staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help out. It was good was a one night stay to connect and fly out the next day.

Nice Rooms
very near to Ayala Center and the uptown area

The room is nice and spacious and the hotel itself is very new. One downside though is just it take time for the reception to go through check in and check out.

I like the spaciousness of the room,the staff was great and courteous but the food could have been more tasteful and in my room while i was staying there their were ants on on bedsheets and one night i left some leftover pizza on the desk and there were ants all over it. In room 709 i think they have a ant infestation problem.

My partner had an injury and made several calls to room service & the front desk, I thought it was excessive but the hotel never failed us! It was right accross from Ayala centre for shopping which was convenient as I dont think he could have done much of a tour with his injury. I only wish we could have stayed longer for him to recover & do that bohol day tour. Breakfast was not that exciting, however we had just come from Boracay & the buffet there was quite extensive due to the amount of guests. So I can understand it would be a waste of food to compete with our previous hotel. Theres no pool but alas I am allergic to chlorene so it did not affect me.
