my stay started out really nice specially that they upgraded my room for free, from standard to family room. although it was too big for me. there were had three beds but i only needed one. all was really ok until i took a bath and there got locked inside for more than 15mins. the door knob was busted and so i had to bang the door really loud but i guess it wasn't loud enough to get the attention of the staff working downstairs. really bad experience

My stay at Hotel Europa was great!close to the airport,they have outdoor adventure facilitator to help you do a lot of things in Cebu and I was very much happy and satisfied, staff are honest and they treated you fairly and equally especially with my canyoning tour guide gabby she is awesome!we went to whale shark snorkeling I Paid Ph8,500 pesos with private car including food,entrance fees, and i am very satisfied,she is on time all the time,she will let you experience local food and i felt very safe with her because she is educated and has a lot of info about Philippines.Another experienced I got was night snorkeling it was amazing. All I can say, I am very thankful that i stay this hotel.

had a great time i got there late at night on the 12th of April, and the night staff was quick to get me checked in and carry my stuff up to my room , that was great after a 14 hour flight. i stayed 6 nights, the staff was friendly the whole time and great to visit with, they had all the information on local places and attractions surrounding the area , i would recommend this hotel , and will be staying there in the future if i go back to Lapu-Lapu A++ the owners are really nice people makes you feel like home away from home.

So-so hotel. It's more of a hostel actually.
close to local restaurants/eateries, walking distance to the mall, 15min to airport.

The first night was horrible! We reached the hotel 3hrs before the standard check-in time. Normally in most hotels, if the room is ready you can do early check-in for free. I had to pay for the 3 hrs early check-in. Nevermind. The bed was large but was not really comfy and was too high. The paintings hanging on the wall were horrible and quite scary. And, at 10pm, there was NO WATER! Apparently something went wrong with their water system and there was no water in the entire hotel. My bf couldn't take a dump coz they don't have back-up water! We stayed less than 24hrs.
