great location for monuments and pier

could arrived at any time even at two o clock in the morning !!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
good location for visiting around in Cebu : Cathedral, cross of Magellan, and fort, near to the ocean jet pier for Bohol, Dumaguete or Siquijor. But don't forget it is Philippines surroundinds terrible
