great hotel but secluded location

being a new establishment, the place is very clean with great internet connection within the whole hotel---simply great!
my wife and i booked and stayed here for 3 nights. breakfast food was neverending, but lack variety. each day we were served with almost the same menu, but nevertheless it's unlimited. the waitpersons are so attentive and polite.
from time to time there would be other guest's kids running and shouting on the corridor that you can clearly hear in your room.
excellent staff all in all... from the bellboy, to the waitpersons, to the frontdesk people, to the sescurity guard.

The stay at this hotel was far below standard and I will never go back there again. The hotel booked what they called a "function" but it was nothing more than loud music. I had an important meeting I had to cancel because of lack of sleep. I was awaken at 11pm with loud music. I phoned the desk 3 times and nothing was done about it. I had finally had enough at 1:30 am and went to the front desk and complained. To top it off, I got sick from the "free breakfast" which tasted 3 days old. The hotel is located along a dusty filthy road and the big trucks speed up to cause dust when they see someone walking. Never again!!
Restaurant Tip:
Eat and stay someplace else!!

Horrible location, poor service

The toilet stayed stopped up, the music was so loud I could not sleep, the food was cold and old, the road in front of the hotel was dusty and filthy, the staff did not care about my needs, the shower did not work properly and the taxi drivers were crooks. Never in my life will i EVER stay there or even go back to the Philippines!! Filthy nasty place!!!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do yourself a favor and do not stay there. Or better yet, do not even go to the Philippines!!

hotel is very central for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would use this hotel again because it was reasonably priced for the service it offers and close to all major attractions in the area.

Neighbourhood is not nice, it is close to harbour but rooms itself are quiet. I stayed just one night, had cheepest room without window, two beds, AC, hot water. Breakfast is fine.

all u can expect from a cheap hotel

very close to the harbor... stayed there because i was taking a boat to bohol... walking distance... nothing nice about the hotel but considering the price, u couldnt expect much more.. one thing that was inconvenient was the loud air conditioner, but being as tired as i was, it didnt bother me as much as i thought it would..
