I got upgraded to a villa with its own private pool...sensational!!! Im like a big kid so i enjoyed the water slides and relaxing in the massive pool. The room was more than what i expected. Its worth the paying the extra money to stay here.
Restaurant Tip:
The buffet all you can eat was over-priced at 2500peso per person. I must say the meals were fantastic and lots of variety. Just make sure u dont have a big breakfast and lunch before you go to the buffet...get your monies worth when you eat there.

we all enjoyed the three nights stay. the buffet breakfast was great! the shuttle service to sm mall and ayala mall gives us the opportunity to shop and try all kinds of filipino food. we also enjoyed the restaurants in the hotel. it has good ambience.

Disappointed. The room was not to expectation.
Happy with the last two to thyree stays at this but not this time.

The room was to be one with ocean view but I was allocated a room on the 3rd floor facing an open wall but with hardly any view of the ocean.To me it amounted to cheating for the moeny I paid. Counter staff were not helpful.They promised to chnage the room but never came back to me. Very disappointed.
Travel tip:
Stay at this hotel if you are a Korean. The lady in black uniform who was at the counter should be sacked as she is not a service oriented one.

Great Location & Very good rooms

I personally have a great and wonderful experience, even my visitor surprise for the great location and rooms accommodation we provide for him.
When we go around we found seashore and experience the seawater of Cebu and when we try also the waterpark that I personally wil never forgot the moment when I try the Green color slides of waterpark., also the pool is nice and elegant for relaxation view.
For breakfast we are all enjoy of all dishes like Japanese, Filipino, & American food But, specially Korean food because my visiting friend is Korean National. He enjoy stay with us.
Overall we enjoy the facilities & hospitality of the Hotel.
Once again we will come back in the future time when we have time to visit again in Cebu.

Endless hours of fun in its Waterpark

Pros:
1) Wonderful, spacious hotel room, large bed but was a litte stiff not too comfortable but pillows are comfortable, large LCD TV which kept my son preoccupied for hours while it was raining (con: we just didn't get a good view fronting the waterpark but instead the car park)
2) large, first class, breezy and airy hotel - first class amenties stamped all over it
3) great selections on breakfast - too many choices which you won't be able to keep up
4) wonderful, very helpful staff-w/ clinic. my wife is pregnant and had some problems and we need to bring her to hospital, the nurse was helpful enough to assist early morning hours
5) enjoyed the gym and the sauna eventhough it's a little bit small
6) wonderful waterpark - kept my son enjoying for hours; too bad our Sunday was raining all day long (we both had a blast in slides; my son was happy to be just in the kids park; we played basketball/shooting in the island pool for hours); we too wanted the amazon river to be raging rivers with strong waves but seems that it isn't working
7) all areas appear to be in top shape and enjoyed lounging for hours - love the delmar cafe and listened to good music in the night over beers, love eating our fresh salads/pasta beside the sea in the coral restaurant
8) Kids Play! PSP and Wii for hours!
9) Like to acknowlegde Jonathan of F&B for the extra mile service of serving us extra salad/pasta/pizza while waiting for my son's special order of fried chicken not in the menu
Cons:
1) Far from Cebu City; nearest mall is a small one called Gaisano Grand Mall
2) The restaurant menu is limited and very expensive. You would need to budget around 10-15K for food alone for a 3 day, 3 night stay. Not much options aside...only carinderias
3) the bath-tub is quite slippery....me and wife slipped and both of us got bruised. Need to provide suction rubbermats both in tub and in the floor (provided only one)

This is my second stay at Imperial and both experiences were exceptional. The resort is new and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is top notch with a wide selection to please just about anyone.
