Like a dream
Food selection, Water park and SPA

From the arrival I was pampered by the staff that was always helpful and clear in giving direction and advises. The room with terrace facing the sea was clean and all the amenities available. The view from the room was breathtaking. I spent the afternoon by the pool in the private cabana and I reccomend to try it. The resort and it's facilities are relaxing even if crouded with tourists. Best experience was the SPA treatment.

bad location and overpriced...water park and beach are so tiny..
For one day is ok but 2nd, 3rd day we don't know what we will do.
First of all moring buffet was like a zoo.
So many peoples crowded.
I don't recommand this hotel.

Dont stay at this hotel. When we first arrived the staff just stood looking at us as we were taken off our own luggage. Then the front desk gave us a twin bed and we had to come down and recheck in.The food is over priced and not prepared and the taste was bland. This hotel is way over rated and far away from the Cebu city. Small beach area and pools are not clean. There is no five star treatment at the Imperial. You are better of going to the Shangrila which has a friendly staff and larger beach and more activities.

Very nice facilities, epecially the fitness center and spa. Hotel resturants were below par for the money spent, with the exception of the breakfast buffet which was well put togheter with lots of choices in food type and preperation. Waterpark was very nice but rules and restrictions on use were very upsetting as this was main factor in our selection. Wait staff in waterpark were very unattentive for a hotel of this size and grade
Travel tip:
Great for families with small kids, otherwise skip it

It's our first time stay at this hotel as we always choose to stay at Shangri-la Cebu. My daughter enjoyed the facilities in the water park but my husband and I think the hotel is too crowded and we can't relax there. Get upgraded to the villa is the highlight of the trip!
Restaurant Tip:
Highly recommend to eat in their Korean restaurant.

stay at the Imperial Palace Wonderland and Resort
if you book with them directly, they have a local resident's rate which is 50% lesser than when you book online.
The place is really beautiful and its a resort, hotel, wonderland all combined into one.
It would be nice to have an ocean vies room than a garden view room. You pay extra but its worth the deal.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the water sport is escellent and there are different pools avialable. There's even a beach nearby. Ideal for families.

A Hotel in Paridise still under utilized
The buffet is the best I have ever experienced.It has something for everyone. The swimming pools are magnificent. The sea front is wonderful.The villas are well placed & do not interfere with the landscape. The lobbies are massive & very beautiful.

This Hotel is very beautiful, offering elagent suites. Prices are high, need to be discounted to attract more people. The Hotel is new & is a wonderful spot to relax. There is no need to leave the grounds. Package should include various extras, golf, boating etc.

very beautiful hotel, nice rooms and staff was nice

got there and a typhoon was coming in, the beach was closed, though the beach was not very big, the water park was broken so i could on even ride the slides. The staff was friendly but not as friendly as everywhere esle in the philippines,I was disappointed with my stay, definitely for couples and families not for single men

Very Nice...but a bit expensive
Great Breakfast Buffet, very comfortable rooms and beds, fantastic staff, many local hawker stands nearby to eat local food!!

I thought the Imperial Palace was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. I was disappointed that we couldn't find reasonably priced food at their in-house restaurants, but the places we did try were very good. I was also very impressed with the pool and the facilities. I thought the gym could use a bit more space but the equipment was top of the line. The health fitness instructor was also very knowledgeable. I expect this quality given the price level you pay...but being in Asia..i thought it was very expensive.
Shopping Tip:
if you want a cheap evening dining one night...call up Jollibee...they deliver and or go to one of the many local roast pork and chicken places just outside of the hotel.
