was a very nice hotel, location from city is abt 20-35mins depending on the traffic into cebu city overall good hotel, services was also very good, hotel staffs are very friendly, hotel staff respond fast is you have have any trouble or issues with whatsoever.

Very well run with good people - no hastle - great for children and nice to see young children.
Room was clean - attending nurse for gippy stomachs - ocean view is worth the extra money but all the rooms looked good.
I stayed a week - on holiday - business - the wi-fi was poor in the resteraunts - good in the rooms.
I travel a great deal unfortunatley and this was one of the better hotels I have stayed at

they made sure the beach was clear of rocks and stuff and the sand at the bottom was clear as well

i had fun. tried the slide, the island pool and the beach and liked all three. the staff were courteous and very helpful. the breakfast buffet was really something...lots of food that weren't for breakfast anymore.

This is a very nice hotel.
Probably best suited to Family holidays
The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped
The largest restaurant (buffet style)is one of the best
i have tried in the Philippines,superb food superb choice.
The staff are very focused and efficient.

From the arrival I was pampered by the staff that was always helpful and clear in giving direction and advises. The room with terrace facing the sea was clean and all the amenities available. The view from the room was breathtaking. I spent the afternoon by the pool in the private cabana and I reccomend to try it. The resort and it's facilities are relaxing even if crouded with tourists. Best experience was the SPA treatment.

very beautiful hotel, nice rooms and staff was nice

got there and a typhoon was coming in, the beach was closed, though the beach was not very big, the water park was broken so i could on even ride the slides. The staff was friendly but not as friendly as everywhere esle in the philippines,I was disappointed with my stay, definitely for couples and families not for single men

make sure before you go that the water park is working

とても清潔でした。コンシェルジュは日本語が堪能でとても親切でした。朝食も種類が多く美味しかったです。

１）夜の１０時半にフィリピン人の友人２人が（１０時まで仕事だったため）
何故でしょう？チャージされたくなかったのでロビーでおしゃべりして帰ってもらいましたが。
２）１１日早朝６：００空港への予約をして料金１５０ペソ支払済みなのに、車が６：００になっても来ずにあせりました（７：４０発だったので）。ベルボーイに訪ねてやっとホテルの車で空港に行くことが出来ましたが連絡が悪いなぁと思いました。

プールが良いと聞いてましたが、行った時期が悪かったのか！？
豊島園のプール状態・・・・しかも韓国人のマナーの悪さには閉口しました。残念ながらリゾート気分は味わえないホテルかな？
部屋は、清潔に保たれスタッフの対応も満足できるものでしただけに、ちょっと残念！ 食事は朝食だけ食べましたが、不味かった。
