The beach is just at the doorstep. Nice ambience

I think the Beach resort need to seriously look into the infestation of flies and mosquitoes.
It is quite irritating that the flies settled on the unfinished meals and hygiene is compromise.

Terrific experience, we are so glad we went. Malapascua is for more than just diving now, it almost feels like Boracay 20 or 30 years ago.

great place for divers and beach lovers

this hotel is well managed and the staff have a great relationship with the guests. the location is good with a wide and varied menu. Divers talked highly about the package. the only issue that i had was the the water in shower etc was salt and i believe that given the price range of the hotel, that it could easily be corrected. a bit of a holiday spoiler.

Best location, friendly staff, 5star hotel service. big room.

Malapascua is very small island. we walked everywhere there and also stayed other hotel as well. It's the best location (quite and relaxing). If you r diver and has family both can be happy there. Best diving well organized shop very efficient. It was so difficult to book it. that's the problem. always fully booked.

Quiet place on the beach

We arrived at Malapascua after 2 days journey and ran inro a scam at Maya Port where the boat owners refused to refund our money for a private boat when there was a tecnical problem with the boat. After a long dispute we finally arrived at Malapascua with the public boat. The room was nice but the bathroom very simple but clean. The hotel won't let you place your drinks in the fridge in the room even though you paid for a deluxe room.
We were satisfied with the location and the location on the beach. But after the first meal at the hotel I got food poisoned and were sick right after arrival.
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast for 400 pesos, but I refused to eat from the buffet since I already was sick after our first meal.
The staff is friendly except for them in the reception . They are not really interesting in helping out the guests for instace with an enquiry about the ferry service during the holy week.
The wifi is only functional in close proximity of the bar.
Other than that the hotel has a nice location on the beach and they provide beach towels and beds.

Relaxing, peaceful and perfect stay.

Journey to the resort was a bit of an ordeal and we then found out it could have been easier as the hotel can arrange pick ups from Cebu airport! Once there however the hotel was superb. A relaxing atmosphere, with a great selection of food at the restaurant and a very well run dive shop attached to the hotel. Staff were excellent-attentive, spoke very good English and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again, possibly on my honeymoon next year as I found out there is a honeymoon suite!

Malapascua Island is a wonderful place to see, the hotel has provided us the basic needs of the family with young child. The rooms were comfortable, they have internet access although only available at the restaurant, good choices of food, friendly and well trained staff.
We had our best holiday ever. The island is heavenly georgous, good experience for the children they were in touched with nature. I hope they can keep this immaculate place from being ruined by commercial developments and constructions.
