On arrival I was greeted by the wife of the owner. cooked a meal for me at 1030pm as I had been traveling most of the day and hadnt eaten.
Now thats what I call excellent Customer Service

It was great. Very raw and primitive.
The hotel was modern and comfortable. The island was quite primitive and it was a great place to come back to at the end of the day

It was good. The owners are very accommodating and helpful as was the staff.
However a 3star should always have A/C and we found out upon arrival that our room did not have it. So I up graded at a discounted rate.

Everything was great! The owner and the staffs are so friendly and they made sure that our stay will be as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The surrounding is pretty relaxing and is only a few minutes walk from the main beach. I will certainly recommend Malapascua Garden resort to all my friends and I will definitely be staying there again if I'll be back to Malapascua. Again, the customer service in this hotel is excellent! :)
