Satisfactory Stay
Good location. Hotel is in satisfactory condition.

The location of the hotel is good and every taxi driver knows the location of the hotel. It is also not very far from the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is satisfactory although there were a number of things in the room that could have been better maintained. Overall, the 2 days stay was satisfactory.

Mango Park Hotel
The location is good, at General Maxilom Ave. Just next door is the Lighthouse, which has marvelous food and cheap rates. Further down is mango square where you can find really cheap massage services @ 150pesos/hr.

Mango Park hotel is at a busy street of General Maxilom Ave. Nearby you can find the mango square and mango ave. Not a bad place to find good and cheap food and massages. The upscale malls of SM and Ayala are just about 60-100pesos taxi ride away. You can easily catch a cab anywhere so not much of a worry on that. The staff are generally friendly. Oh... you can also get to use internet (not very fast) at 50pesos/hour.

Like the location, pool and the breakfast. The staff was awesome and i have already booked another stay.

Had a great time and enjoyed my stay. The staff was excellent and the accommodations were great...i have already booked a return visit. Also like the location and the lighthouse restaurant next door. Also the travel agency next door will come in handy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The shopping mall was great, first rate.

Mango Park Hotel Review
Reasonable room price for a three star hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent location.

Great room rates for a 3 star hotel with a swimming pool. Excellent breakfast buffet included. Very clean rooms but a bit small with no refrigerator. Bathroom was also small but good hot and cold water with excellent water pressure. Great location close to shopping malls, restaurants, night clubs, downtown and Mactan island.
Restaurant Tip:
Across the hotel at the Mango park grill called the 360 joint, you can drink ice cold beer for only 30 pesos a bottle and also reasonable finger foods prices.

Well, this was the first time i went to Philippines. When the first day checked-in, their staff offered us a smelly room with very old furnitures. It made me so uncomfortable. Finally, we insisted to change another room, felt a bit better. But the front desk staff's attitude became poor afterwards. I will not back to that hotel again.

The hotel was helpful from the airport getting directions there, the rooms were clean, cool, and comfortable, there is wi-fi in the hotel, newspaper available daily, plus the room came with commentary breakfast--which was buffet style. Best offer for a place to stay without all the expenses of some signature hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant outside the hotel is a great place to get lunch or dinner, it has two musicians who are blind who play, and the costs are reasonable.

Very comfortable and clean for the price; very friendly and helpful staff.

I was most impressed with the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. All staff - Reception, Housekeeping and Bellboys - were very helpful and friendly. It is not within walking distance of any malls or shopping areas but taxis are cheap and reliable.
