The room was clean and the crew did a great job with their daily cleaning routine. I had to check out a little later and the desk personel chearfully granted my request. The standard room was a little small and lacked a refrigerator. This is a great place to stay at a very economical price. The breakfast buffet is one of the best anywhere and is worth the stay. I would suggest upgrading from the standard room because it is equiped with a refrigerator and I have to have my cold water. Location is also good and is situated in an uncrowded area with close proximity to malls and dining.
Restaurant Tip : The breakfast is awesome and worth the 30$ room rate.

I have always stayed in this hotel and like it. Unlike previous visits where i have to come down to the lobby or cafe to get wifi connections, this time round i was able to do it from my room - great. TV in the room need to be upgraded. Breakfast spread is boring, F & B need to work harder in this area. Hotel is a short walking distance to the main town centre where all the amenities and services are.
Walk around the town centre in the evenings and you will find many seafood grill places with live bands to enjoy the evening.

quiet, staff are prompt, check out fast breakfast cold, no safe in room, door lock is key type pool is very small and needs to be cleaned which is on the rooftop. very clean hotel and pleased with the cleaniness, large shower and prompt service

economical, clean and good value no shopping areas in the immediate neighbourhood. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel has a nice feel about it. It represents good value for money. The range of breakfast choices is very limited. I have used this hotel several times. Taxis to Ayala and SM Malls are about 50P in non rush hour.

Convenient location for me.
Fairly clean, if in need of decoration in some areas.
Counter staff very nice and helpfull. Very slippy dark corridor floor tiles. We fell and were very wary after slipping on spilt water. They charged me for a broken kettle, even though I had never used it. In fact I discovered it was a small spring missing, and I'd seen it on the floor on the first day, looked like a ballpen spring, and obviously not aware of where it had come from. The kettle in question was for sale in local store 450pesos, but they tried to charge me 800pesos, and accusd me of warming baby milk!
Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure you check all items and fixtures on arrival so as not to be accused of breaking things.

Hotel Staffs are very nice. Large elevator compare to most hotels of same class/price range. Easy to get Taxi courtesy of Hotel staff and security Guards. Good food selection at the hotel restaurant. Buffet breakfast is a plus considering the hotel rate. Room AC capacity is not enough to fully cool the the room. No safe in all the room. Safe in the reception is always full. Room Service is only up to 11:00PM. Food in the restaurant is quite high compare to outside restaurants. Considering the hotel rate the services and hotel condition is satisfactory. One good point is the staffs are mostly attentive and ready to look into the needs of the hotel guest. However there are major areas that need improvement, e.g. increase AC capacity to fully cool the room. Provide safety vault in each room. Extend the room service hour if possible make it 24H. Also there is no shop/store in the hotel. Over the value for money is satisfactory but I will think twice if i will stay in the hotel again.
Shopping Tip : Hotel is near to major shopping areas, 10-20 minutes by Taxi.

kept spotless, quiet off road and secure dirty pool, cold breakfast quite good value but they should make an effort to serve a hot breakfast rather than cold spam, eggs, rice etc. The pool is small and needs cleaning.apart from that is very good value. the wifi is weak also. The food is not that good and its best to get a taxi ride to AYala

At first I thought it was oddly situated, but actually it is centrally located. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. The showers were hot. And most of all the bed was very comfortable. Didn't much like the color of the room, but it grew on me. I enjoyed my stay at the Mango Park and had grown quite comfortable there. Stayed six nights. There are several good malls within easy reach. I didn't eat at the ajoining resteraunt, but the complimentary breakfast was fine. The bed were the most comfortable in my recent travels.

convenient, welcoming security staff, clean desk staff don`t smile and are not easily approachable off the road which makes it quiet but also convenient to ayala. The Lighthouse restaurant provides good food next door as the hotel restaurant is overpriced and of low quality
the room itself is very clean and spacious but not safe in the standard. The security box at the front was full which is not acceptable
Generally good value and will stay again.

Excellent value for money
location I cannot fault this hotel, it is excellent value and compares favourably to much more expensive hotels i've stayed in in other cities. If your looking for an all round cheap cheerful clean place to stay then look no further. Breakfast was excellent too, with a good range of choices both local and international.

Decent Hotel for the price. The room service meal was very good. Hotel staff very friendly. Nothing particularly bad. Basically a sort of a run of the mill hotel. Price was decent for a 2 night stay. Would have no reservatiions about staying there again. But would probably look for a cheaper place if available.
Shopping Tip : A nice mall about a 20 minute walk away with good restaurants. Also a lot of local stuff just to look at in either direction from hotel.

room was cleaned very well, nice breakfast, rooftop pool with nice breeze Front staff have poor customer relation skills. Internet often down. After arriving at the hotel the welcome was not the best by the counter staff. I found the room very clean for a standard type with nice large shower. Cleaning staff very helpful and prompt and happy to help with other issues. security very good in getting taxis. Breakfast very good for a 3 star. The room (201) smelt a bit from fumes coming from outside in the morning on some occasions. The wifi had a weak signal and was constantly down
Restaurant Tip : walk down to mango square for some cheap spanish food with a friendly chef from Spain
