Great Hotel with Excellent Service. Very comfortable room with all features. Very comfortable bed and excellent customer service. Excellent restuarant with quality select of food. Very responsive room service. High quality fitness center. Hotel is a bit far from every thing else, but has a great view of city. The overall stay was very relaxing and comfortable.

The pool bar is absolutely fantastic, rooms are just perfect and the meals are just fantastic

I have stayed at several four and five star hotels in Cebu and this one has got to be the best overall. We stayed there for eight days and as some travellers are aware you can get tired of a hotel over this period. Marco Polo did not give you that feeling. Good rooms, great staff, excellent food and great service. You feel appreciated in this hotel

We were greeted by nice and efficient staff at the check-in counter... Katrina you are good. The shuttle service is also very helpful.

The hotel is similar to other Marco Polo hotels especially with the room layout and facilities. Although relatively far from the major tourist centers like malls (around 15 minutes away), the hotel offers free shuttle services that runs from the morning to about 7 pm. The staff were exceptionally friendly too, which is a plus to any hotel. Overall, this hotel does not offer the most modern rooms (although they were renovating a lot of rooms when we stayed there) but definitely meets international standards.
Travel tip:
Avail their free shuttle services to the city that runs every hour. Taking a taxi from the hotel to Ayala mall (one of the bigger malls there) costs a little over P100 on average.

Ok but look old, need some renovation or upgrading

The hotel rooms look old but that are cheap. They are also worth staying for. The hotel lobby look grand and it is very comfortable to enjoy coffee in the cafe especially during the nights when there was a singer performing. The hotel's location is very near to one of Cebu's shopping mall with a minimum shops which we enjoy cheapest manicure and pedicure there.
Shopping Tip:
The rooms look old.

Marco Polo Plaza Cebu Hotel locate nice place in cebu. The service was good. but I think the hotel room is litte old fashioned. Also it was uncomfortable that i could not open the window.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and also Blu bar which is on the top floor of the hotel was nice and has beautiful seneary.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
naer the hotel, I recommend to visit Tops at which you can whole view of cebu
